Brookdale

The Hearth at Castle Gardens is the best place ever. The people are so friendly. The activities are fantastic. There is a little bit of attention to detail that's lacking for how much we're paying, but they always try their best. And the nurses do a good job. It has been a good experience overall.

I'd highly recommend them. They're expensive, but it's a very friendly place and the residents are very happy from what we could tell. I'd highly recommend Brookdale Auburn.

Overall have been very pleased for the most part with the care my loved one gets here. There is always room for improvement in small areas, the food could use healthier options and more choices. Activities I would like to see some improvement on as well. The staff is very caring, polite and attentive.

I would give them a ten, if I could. I really liked this place but I found another place, that my loved one seemed to like better.

I had a great tour experience with Brookdale North Scottsdale. [name removed] who showed me around was amazing and so friendly. the facility is a nice size and it was also one of the only ones I walked into and saw the residents out and about socializing and I liked that. The location was just a bit too far from me.

I'm very pleased with Brookdale Dowlen Oaks. The staff is always kind and very friendly. They check in on my parents every hour, which is great. Dining and meals are really good, my parents comment often on how great the food is. Activities are great, they have a lot of options for the residents and a great set up. They plan fun activities often. They take great care of my mom and dad and keep them distracted when they see that they're feeling anxious or homesick. I felt right at home when I first toured the facility and still do, every time I go there.

I toured this facility and it was great. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Ultimately, my mother needed a different level of care so we ended up placing her in their other facility/location. Had this one been able to provide that care, we would have been comfortable choosing this one as well. They are both great facilities and I would recommend either of them!

We are very happy with this facility and highly recommend them! They have a daily and even monthly schedule to keep the residents active and involved. Meals are ok, no complaints from mom. . The staff is very friendly and very helpful, I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. They are always on top of things. Again, I highly recommend this facility!

The staff members have been really nice to work with and we are very happy with the care our loved one has been receiving. Based on our experience so far with Brookdale Williamsville we would recommend this community to other families.

Brookdale New Port Richey has very good staff.

My Mom has been a resident at Brookdale for 18 months, and has gone from needing some care to needing full care. The staff has been wonderful. They are caring and willing to help with anything she needs.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Wake Forest. This location does not have independent living, it is assisted living and memory care. We did not think my dad needed this type of care yet. If he did need it though, this would have been the place we would have chosen.

I think it's a nice place. Everyone who helps is really nice. The food is good. They have a lot of activities if you choose to go.

My mother has received loving, patient, appropriate care for 7 years. The staff shows personal interest and concern for her well being. The whole family feels welcome and confident with the care mother receives. She is 99 years old.

I believe that I made the correct choice in living here. The apartment is just the right size and cleaned weekly. The food is outstanding. Personnel listens to your needs and any concerns. And finally, there are plenty of activities with transportation. A win win situation.

The director there is a person who truly cares, we were very impressed with her right away and we have continued to be very impressed with the day to day staff who attend to our loved ones needs. They were very accommodating when it came to the move in process and the financial side of things. They have really nice activities, they have live piano music playing during the week on certain days. They do a good job keeping the residents busy. They are also very helpful during meal time, our loved one needs help eating meals and they always are they to assist.

My mother has been at Brookdale for several months and has adjusted well. They provide several daily activities and outings. The staff is very attentive to her needs and always encourage residents to participate in activities. She loves the food and has made several new friends. [name removed] the Executive Director is great! I would definitely recommend this facility.

They are very caring, and hands on. They keep me connected, with what's going on, and I have nothing neagtive to say.
