Brookdale

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and atmosphere at Brookdale Georgetown. It doesn't have all the fancy things some facilities have like a movie theater etc., but it's more of an intimate setting where you get to know all the care givers and they really care about the health and well-being of your family member.

My wife has been in Brookdale Dover for about 18 months in memory care. We have been well pleased from move in to the present day

Right away we noticed just how well organized this community it and they just had the right accommodation's that were suitable for our loved ones, they also had a large enough room on the memory care side for both of our loved ones. They have quite a few activities going on which is great and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families

our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience but unfortunately they just did not have a room large enough for our loved ones to be in together

My dog gets so much love here. Health and wellness Director [name removed], and her staff were phenomenal in helping my recovery after surgery. The food is delicious and wait staff is attentive. Highly recommend.

My tour at Brookdale Harbison was very informative. Their staff answered any questions I had quickly and knowledgeably.

When I stepped into the foyer/living room on a bright sunny morning in April, I was immediately impressed by the quiet, serene atmosphere with beautiful furniture, lovely décor, spotless in every detail. I was searching for a home for my sister and has visited several private homes with which I was disappointed, and several communities which were just unacceptable. Brookdale continues to be a wonderful fit for my sister who has lived here for five months. Staff are kind, pleasant, eager to please with no sign of irritation or abruptions seen at other communities. They are patient, considerate and helpful. The building has carpeted halls that never have crumbs, litter or trash. The dining room is as pleasant as an exceptional restaurant where residents are served at tables with nicely plated entrees where they can select meals. There are several levels of care which residents receives and each residents has a professional care plan. The grounds are spacious and well kept. Windows overlook the grounds or the courtyard with pleasant views. My sister enjoys a the view of flowers and frees and a bird feeder. I couldn't be happier with the love, care, dining, house keeping, activities our love one received. They give exceptional care with an exceptional home. Out of five stars I award six!

[name removed] was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her warm, welcoming demeanor was unparalleled while helping my mother make my choice to move in. She did everything possible to help her decide without feeling any pressure. It's obvious she loves what she does and one of the genuinely nicest people I've ever met.

[name removed] needs an assistant. The days without an activity director are long for some of the residents! Meals have improved - the coming of [name removed].

I've lived here almost five years. I feel very fortunate to live here. The staff and workers extend themselves and are personable. Each day has a variety of activities offered. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Brookdale Goodlettsville. It was a bit of a smaller facility which is why we did not go with this one. But the staff and the director especially was fabulous, we loved her outgoing personality.

My family and I heard good things about this facility via previous reviews so decided to select it. Soooooooo glad that we made such a decision as our mom received top quality service here! The staff (from management, clinical, to maintenance), all provided genuine warm and tender care to our dear mother. From the time she entered the facility to the day she passed away this morning, they never stopped providing her with their diligent & consistent TLC. Whenever any issues or concerns come up, they're very quick to address/resolve them. We're truly grateful to Brookdale Dover as it's rare (unfortunately) to find a facility where the entire staff goes above and beyond to treat both you and your loved ones with love and respect. My mom has been at the Brooksdale Santa Barbara since March. They care and love her while providing the attention needed 24/7! The staff is friendly, helpful and treat you like you are part of the family! I can sleep at night knowing my mom is care for and is safe! Thank you for being the BEST in Southwest Florida!

One of the reason we pocked Brookdale is because it is all on one level - they also have a nice big roofed in front porch where families can come and visit. We really like the layout of the building itself, they have an indoor garden area that is right inside the facility - it is very good for entertaining when friends and family stop by. Overall the meals are good but it is hard to please everybody. They do have some really good activities going on. We gave the value overall a 4 out of 5, because we do understand they are understaffed but sometimes communication is slower and they just need more help. However there are certain staff members that really show genuine care towards our loved one and the other residents and do not hesitate to help out. We would recommend Brookdale High Point North to other families.

We were unable to care for dad. It was a very hard decision, but [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] made our decision to move dad to Brookdale much easier. It was a great decision and dad is content and well cared for. The nursing staff and aides are caring loving people. Thank you to all for everything you do to make dad happy & safe.

I love Brookdale Latrobe! My friends mom is there. It's always clean and bright. There are several activities everyday for residents. Transportation to appointments and lots of caring staff. No shortage of staff. They work their butts off to keep everyone safe & happy. Hats off to the staff!

It is such a wonderful place. I was not sure and I didn't want to put mom in a home worrying about care. I am so glad that I picked Brookdale Latrobe! She seemed to like it right away. She has dementia, and they have activities all day. She made friends immediately. She is at home there. The staff is wonderful, you could not have better people taking care of your loved one. They are not just there for a paycheck. They are there because they care. They are family to your loved one and to you.
