Brookdale

They have done really well so far. We have eaten there a few times, and the food has been really good every time. I don't have any major concerns, or anything I would like to see improved or done better.

Overall our experience with Brookdale University Park was a good one. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here. One thing I thought they did particularly well was helping my loved one get settled in and adjusted to the community and what they have to provide!

The facility is clean. It's just the carpets are a little worn looking. The smell is good. Everything else seems clean. They have very large apartments compared to others and the price is better. Everyone is very helpful. They call my father by his first name. Overall, its friendly and attentive. A really big thing for my dad is that there is more men at this facility compared to the others. The residents here are also more active, which is important to my dad.

The staff was very friendly. The staff's interaction not only with residents but with family members is great. They kept me up to date. They are very good at working with the residents in coordination with the family to do everything they can to make sure that they are comfortable and well taken of care of it. All of the staff from the care giver's to the people who work in the kitchen to the manager, they all genuinely care about the residents and the family members of their residents.

In general long term care is just way too expensive. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very expensive. My loved one lives here.

It's very clean. It has a wonderful appearance. Everybody has been very pleasant and eager to help. They make the residents very happy and comfortable. This is a nice community with great staff and residents.

Things have gone pretty well with Emeritus at Potomac. Things were not quite ready when we got there, but they have sense improved and overall things are going very well.

The only issue is that the food is horrible. They really need to do something about the cafeteria food. The food is so much better at our last facility. If they improve on that they would be great. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The value is pretty good. The care services are excellent. They offer activities.

I am extremely happy with it. My parents are very comfortable here. They love their room and the view. They are happy with the programs and the activities. The events are off the charts and amazing. The food is great. The service is a bit slow but I think that's the way it is anywhere. They had a little trouble getting caught up with their medications. Since they were switching to a new insurance agency and new doctor they didn't get their medications on time.

I thought they did very well. I thought they were very professional. They were very good to her, while she was here.

They made her stay as good as could be expected under the circumstances.

When I first went over to look at Brookdale Midwestern in looking for a place for my father I was a little hesitant, but I really liked it and they were extremely friendly. The staff made an appointment to go over to meet and talk with dad and afterwards he actually seemed a little excited about it. There have been a few challenges with the billing. There were a few extras that added up to more than what I was really expecting it to be. But all in all things are going very well.

Emeritus At Hillsborough has been a very good fit for us. As soon as we walked in we felt very comfortable and right at home. They made it a very easy process and a very smooth transition. It has really been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

My mother has only been in Emeritus of Harrisburg for 5 days but we are so glad that we selected them. The staff made it a very easy transition on their end of the move from a skilled nursing home. They even helped us move her furniture into her apartment. Everyone has gone out of their way to make my mom and us feel welcome and included. Everything I have asked them to do they have done. We are looking forward to a continued relationship with Emeritus.

The staff at Brookdale North Phoenix is very friendly and attentive. My mother is really happy and comfortable with them. I do feel that there could be a few more more activities. But other than that everything is going great and I have been very impressed with them.

Overall I think they do a good job at Emeritus at Emerson. Since moving in Mom has shown a lot of improvement, she seems to be much better off here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it is a nice looking place in general (although they are currently undergoing some construction). I have, however, had some issues with their billing department, it has been hard to get in touch with them or to get a return call.

Overall I think they've done a very good job at Sterling House of Hickory. I don't live close enough to visit easily, and the staff here have been fantastic about keeping me up to date on how my loved one is doing, and they're always willing to track her down and get her on the phone when I call. They've just been very accommodating in general, and it's really helped set my mind at ease. I have no complaints whatsoever!

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Spring Arbor of Salisbury was a very nice looking community, and near the top of our list. The people here were friendly and professional, and the facility itself was clean and well kept. It seemed like a very nice place overall!

Overall I think they do a good job at Brookdale Tamarac Square. It is a nice looking facility, and the staff here are friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the woman who helped us out during the touring and selection process, she had a lot of helpful information for us. However, she did seem a little over-anxious to get us into the place, and I think some of the information she gave us about VA funding was over-optimistic, which we ended up not being able to get.
