Brookdale

Older facility, higher overall energy. Farther from my parents home. Had good energy. Libby was also very concerned about my parents' well being. Libby+++.

Very convenient if one of my parents were to move. Less than 1.5 from their house. Nancy was very caring and seemed more concerned about my parents well being than trying to move them in. Size was not too big nor too small. Definite + on my list. Nancy +++

So far things are going well here. I haven't had any major complaints. Mom seems to be doing okay. I liked the location here. The building does have an older feel to it though.

The first month in there was a lack of consistency in following dietary requirements. I think that within the staff communication was a bit lacking. They are very willing to meet the issues and work to resolve any issues that come up. Overall it has been a very good experience. It truly is a wonderful facility.

Overall our experience here has been a good one. My loved one is having a little trouble settling in, but the staff here are wonderful and are doing their best to make him feel safe and at home. They've been very accommodating in terms of helping us get our loved one comfortable here, although it has been a difficult process. I would definitely recommend them as being worth a look for people searching in the area!

My sister is living there at Brookdale Arvada. It has been good for the most part, except that there are not a lot of activities and such to keep her occupied. She reads a lot. She says that some days the food is good, and some days it's not so good. She is on a medication plan, and she sometimes has to wait for an hour or longer to get a pain pill. This is all according to her. Compared to other facilities they are very good.

The Lanier Place is a nice facility. They do a great job. My father in law seems to be happy there. It's clean. They take good care of him. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It has been a good experience. Everyone there is very friendly. The staff is nice and also helpful. The care services are excellent. I can't rate the activities because he doesn't participate in them. It is not applicable.

All the staff are really great and the cook and food are wonderful. The facility is older but kept clean and all the residents seem to socialize well together. One resident acts as the leader and she keeps things moving. The staff all seem to be concerned with the well being of the residents. They are primarily for those who have mild memory loss and still function at a pretty high level. The entrance could use some pressure washing to remove dirt, etc and make it more appealing. I have visited on numerous occasions and I have yet to see any activities lead by the facility staff. I was told they utilized a large screen tv for many different activities but again I have not seen that. I believe if it were not for the resident ambassador, there would be little going on!

Brookdale Skeet Club (formerly High Point Place) was very good to my father when he was there. He was only there for about a week for respite care, and he found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the place was very clean and well kept. They seemed to have good activities, but he did not participate at all (that's just him). It was a good place and based on our short experience I would recommend them.

The staff is extremely friendly. They really aim to please. The facility is nice. The food is good. They really try hard there. Overall It has been a really good experience at the Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes. The friendliness, care services, and activities are excellent. They offer a lot of activities. I am just really pleased with them. This is a really nice community. I would recommend it to anyone.

So far they have been pretty good. She has made some friends. She has said the food is really good, it's Almost as good as homemade. They are really good about making arrangements if there is something she really doesn't want. They have been very accommodating. They have been really good about communication and answering my questions. Location was one of the deciding factors, we liked how friendly and clean this was. We liked the decor here as well, it really suited her personality.

Overall I think they do a good job at Brookdale Melbourne. They've worked well with my loved one, and she is settling in well. The facility itself is well kept and clean. My only issue is that communication with them can be pretty poor, their answering service could use some work.

So far it has been good. We had a little of issues but they have been corrected. So far so good. I would recommend the Brookdale Evesham because it's a really nice community. The facility is really clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are caring. The value is excellent for you get. They offer a lot of activities. It has been a very good experience. We are really pleased with the Brookdale.

I think it's working out well, so far. They are trying to do what they can. Their follow up with us has been good. We aren't in the same area, so it's difficult to be very thorough. All of her friends that have come to visit think things look pretty good though.

Overall everything with Brookdale Stanwood has been good. They have very well trained staff that really cares and does a great job. The food is really excellent as well. There are a few things that can improve, however. Just a few little maintenance type things, like the refrigerator door seal, that they have really taken a long time to address. Just a few little things like that. Then also, they need more and better activities. There is not much that the residents really have to do. Overall though they have been decent.

They have been very helpful in getting my sister set up there. Everything has been going well. The only thing is that there is some confusion on when the activities are going to be. Overall I'm very pleased with the Brookdale Newnan. I would recommend it to anyone who is searching for a nice community with very friendly people and an excellent value. The facility is always very clean. It has been very good.

So far the manager has been great to work with. Things are going smoothly as far as getting transitioned and settled in. We haven't had any major complaints so far. Everything is clean and the staff has been friendly.

They do a pretty good job. It's really clean and the staff is nice. They do seem to have some issue with keeping up with my loved one's dietary needs, and medical condition. The quality of the food is okay. They seem to have activities to appeal to different types of people.

In general I think they do a good job at Emeritus at Farm Pond. It is a nice looking place, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have first floor units which are desirable. I do wish they could be a little more consistent with the scheduling of the health aids at times.

I'm Very happy with the Emeritus at South Windsor. Everything has been going very good. The facility seems to be clean. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The value is pretty good. They have been doing a pretty good job with the care services. The Emeritus at South Windsor is a nice community with nice people. Overall, I'm very happy with it. We haven't had any major problems or issues. So far so good.
