Brookdale

My friend lives here, and he really seems to like it so far. He hasn't had any major complaints so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. He is happy here, it really seems to be working out for him.

They do a great job communicating and keeping me informed of my mom's needs. They seem very caring and genuine and show affection towards the residents and it's been a good place.

They did everything well. They worked with us financially and bent over backwards to help us out and I'd have to give them a five on all of that, it's a great place.

We are doing a slow move in process, so he isn't completely there yet, which they made possible. They really worked with him, and are letting him go at his own pace. It's close to everything he likes to do. The price was more reasonable than another place we were considering. We tried a meal there, and they had a special theme they do once a month, and it was really nice. It's hard to really say since we haven't quite completed the move in process, but they have been excellent to work with.

The Brookdale Weddington Park is great. Everything has been well. The only downside is that it cost's $350 a month to have Advil administered to her. The parking lot is pretty small. Other than that, the food looks good. I was happy to find this place. The location was the main thing. This location is very convenient for us. I am very pleased. I would recommend the Brookdale Weddington Park. It was a nice find.

The Asheville Manor is a nice place. The administration staff tries really hard to meet needs. They are very accommodating. I would say the could improve on their care services. The food is excellent and the parking is fine. Overall, The Ashville Manor is a good place with a helpful staff. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It was a really good experience. Everything has been going well. I am pleased.

One time I had an issue with my dad falling. He couldn't operate the lock on his door. We called them and they said they would go to his room to help. They never wen't to go help him. I addressed it with the director and it never happened again. The food there is not very good. I think they are trying to work on it. Other than that, my dad is happy there. I like the way the rooms are set up. They are really nice and seem like apartments. Cheryl was a wonderful person to work with. She was a big help.

The staff has been friendly. They have had a little bit of difficulty with their chefs. They offer a lot of activities. I am really happy with them. The activities director makes a good effort to get people engaged. We liked the location, it's clean, and the residents all look happy. I also liked that there seemed to be people that needed pretty much no help to people that needed a lot of help, it seemed liked they worked with a wide spectrum of people.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Brookdale (formerly Clare Bridge). The staff here are very very caring, and they do an excellent job looking after the people who live here. The facility is clean and well kept, and they have a lot to provide for the residents. I haven't tried the food myself, but I've heard that Dad sometimes gets seconds or even third helpings so he must like it! The only issue we've had is clothing or small items occasionally going missing, so I would advise families to label clothing and possessions if their loved one is in the memory care section.

My mom is always being checked on by the staff, and they do things like take the trash out for her. My mom wants there to be exercise machines, but I'm not expecting it personally since it's assisted living. The people I've interacted with, have been great, everyone has always been nice, and any I've had (like a broken AC was repaired!) complaints are taken care of, I know they're improving the facility overall and my whole family thinks it's a nice place.

My mom has been there a short time, and I'm very pleased. We're still in the beginning of everything, in kind of an adjustment period. There's been a few incidents with my mom but I feel it's just because the staff has to learn her needs and she can learn how to ask for better assistance in the future.

My sister-in-law has only been there for about a month and is doing really well. I just wish they would do more to get her involved in different activities.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Trillium Place seemed like a nice place overall, but it wasn't the best fit for us. The people here were very friendly, and the facility looked great, but Mom was interested in somewhere that provided long-term care so she wouldn't need to move if her care level increased down the line.

They are doing a good job. The food has been okay so far, though they did change food delivery services, and now somethings they used to have they don't anymore. The staff is pretty good. They just upgraded the furniture, and it's pretty clean, and the odor isn't too bad. The price and the location, were good for us. The residents seemed to be generally happy and active here, which is one reason we chose them.

We used this facility for a brief respite stay for a loved one. I thought they did a good job in terms of the care itself and the service they provided. However, I did have some issues getting things set up with them. It was difficult to get in contact with them, or to get them to return calls, so that is something they could work on.
