What they can improve on is evaluating the patients more, whether they should accept them or not, because my mother ended up in the hospital from dehydration and she really needed extra care.

So far things are good. I haven't really had any complaints about anything except maybe for activities. He says he thought there would be more to do based on the website, but he's bored. Other than that it's fine.

She was real disappointed in the food, the taste of the food. I think if the circumstances had been a little different it would have been a good place, it just did not work for us.

This Community was formerly an apartment complex and is nestled amoung several other apt. complexes. It was converted into a Senior Living facility with Independent Living and Assisted Living. Although not completely new, everyone is very friendly here and has worked with me to find the best place for my cousin. Some of the one bedroom apts have attached screened in porches which gives the place the feeling of living in an an apt. complex. The staff is very friendly. It is nice that the Community is located so close to where I live.

It's been a good experience, I haven't really had any problems with them. I had an issue with the medication, I signed up for it and they weren't getting it, but other than that everything has been pleasant.

I think their coordination needs work. That is the only reason I gave them a four-star rating. Other than that they have been great.

My mom and I are pretty happy overall with her living conditions there. I think as far as the care goes with the nurses, some are good and some I'm not too impressed with. It's their attitude; they may be a little overworked, I don't know. The others are quite nice. Most of the people living there are friendly. We're pretty happy with it though, I don't want to give the wrong impression. It could use a little improvement, but we're happy with it overall.

Well the problem that I have is that if you don't go during the day when management is there, you can't get any questions answered. You have to take off during the day to try and meet with someone and my mother is on medicine and you have to go during the day to meet with someone. Other than that everything good.

So far, so good. The only thing that kind of struck me is that they are really rigid with the resident agreement. Other than that things are good, it's clean and the staff is friendly.

So far we have been pretty happy with them. It's clean and everyone is nice. Everything seems to be what they say. Though there were some surprises, or perhaps misunderstandings about some of the charges, but other than that it's been a pretty nice place.

Overall we have been very pleased with Brookdale Murrieta. The staff there is very friendly. In terms of areas where they could improve: Sometimes they skip cleaning her room. They also could use some more activities. Other than that everything with them is going very well.

My parents haven't been there for very long, so it's hard to see a change just yet.

The property is currently undergoing renovations. The appearance will be greatly improved when the renovations are completed.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Brookdale Paddock Hills seemed like a nice enough place, overall. The staff that I met on the tour were friendly, and the facility looked well kept and clean. However, I don't think this would have been the best fit for my loved one. This community seemed more focused on memory care, and my loved one would only have been here for a short rehab stay.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place, overall. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff we met seemed friendly and professional.

The Brookdale Cypress Station is a nice place. They have a lot of activities that are interesting. Everything has been really good. The only thing is that my mother has had a lot of complaints about the food. The location of the Brookdale is fine. I would recommend this community to anyone. It has been a really good experience. We haven't had any major issues or concerns. I am really pleased with the services.

Overall I think they do a good job at Emeritus at Woodland Place. The staff here are friendly and professional, and they keep a very watchful eye on the residents.They really go out of their way to make sure everyone who lives here, and who visits, feels welcome.

The Horizon Bay Bossier City is a nice, and clean facility. We have been with them for about a month. The only thing is that the wait staff could be friendlier. They rush the residents out. My loved one finished her meal before she received a drink. They should be more attentive. Other than that, everything has been going really good. I would recommend the Horizon Bay Bossier City to anyone. It's a nice place.

They've done a really good job helping my dad transition to the place.
