Brookdale

My dad is still adjusting to his move to this community. The staff have good interaction with him and the family. The food is ok but he is not crazy about it. The offer various activities but he has not yet participated in any. This community gets my recommendation.

The staff are excellent and keep me apprised of my Mother in law's health. The food is not as good as I hoped it would be. The community is clean and I would recommend it. They offer some activities and she does participate in a few. A Place for Mom was a good resource for us.

This is a nice looking facility. Everything was nice and clean, I like the layout. The staff was nice and kind. The residents were kind and welcoming. It was a pleasant tour.

My mom is doing wonderful and we feel we found the perfect place for her. The community is always clean, her room is kept maintained. The staff are kind and attentive and have been great with Mom. She also loves the food, she has not had a complaint yet! Since my mom is not too interested in activities, she occasionally plays bingo. This community is very secure for wanders and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Deena was very helpful in flushing out want I was looking for in a community. This community appears to meet my Mom's needs. The facility is set up for memory care issues. It is very home like and the staff appear to be well trained to work with this population. It felt comfortable which was very important to me .I could see my Mother living here.

Cherrie assisted me with deciding what is important when choosing a community for my Mother. Looking at several facilities is important to compare apples with apples so to speak. This community appears to be very nice. Staff were professional, facility was clean, and residents appeared happy. This community didn't meet the needs my family member requires. For the right person it seems a lovely community.

My husband and I felt that they rushed my dad into signing up. Had to sign contract prior to the end of the month to get "the good deal" BUT he ended up paying for half of a month that he was not in the facility. I think they should have prorated the rent until he could move in.

My friend is living here and I come to visit her every week. From my side, I see the staff are going over and beyond to care and accommodate each resident. The community allows dogs, they keep all rooms clean, and they go on outings like to see a Theodore Roosevelt play. The meals are good to her and they bring it to her room when she does not feel well. Mechele from A Place For Mom is great, without her we would not have found this place.

I'm still just getting moved in but so far it's looking nice. I think this is going to be a good place.

We found your team to be very kind and caring about our Aunt and her needs. Everyone took the time to answer all of our concerns. Also liked the cleanliness in the facility. Our family feels comfortable that our aunt is in a good place. Thanks so much for your help.

My parents have been at this community for a few weeks and so far things are good. My parents speak Spanish and there are a few staff members that speak Spanish and help them. They like to participate in some exercise classes that are offered. The food is ok and the community is clean inside and out.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. We ended up selecting another community, but I'd say this one is worth a look!

This is a nice, clean, good community. My mom has been staying here and she is doing well and she seems to be happy. The staff are helpful and caring for my mom. My mom has room with weekly cleaning. The food in the beginning did not do well with my mom but now she likes the food. The staff invite Mom to many activities through out the day. So far its been a good experience and I have already recommended this community and that person now lives here too!

We'd have some concerns with the community. We need a higher level of care than the community has been able to provide thus far, but as an assisted living community, this place would be great. My mom and family have said the food is good. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it is very well kept.

My tour of this facility went very well. I really liked this community. The staff was very informative and friendly. I did notice some activities going on during my tour. It is a nice and clean community. It was a very good tour.

I am very happy that i made the decision to come here to live.I find the other resident to be very nice and friendly.The activities are very good.I feel safe here and I didn't when i was in my home.It was a good move for me.

I am a new resident and my wife is a resident at keepsake village.my initial reactions are very positive.

Thirteens year ago I moved to this community to be near to my daughter.Since I am older I here not had the opportunity to take advantage at the many things offered to make life more interesting but I have found the people living here are usually kind and helpful
