Brookdale

This is a very pleasant community. My tour went very well. The staff was kind and friendly. The were very informative, all my questions were answered. They were very good at following up with us. This is a good facility and we were considering moving my father in law here.

Staff made it easy to place my sister-in -law at Brookdale. The staff is friendly and helpful. Patients seem friendly and happy. The only thing that I think could improve is the food menu. Menu seems to use a lot of cheaper food choices. I think they use to much pasta. The food plates don't look appealing to the eyes. I don't think the food choices are a very balanced diet for the elderly.

The staff at this community are super sweet they check on my mom and never seem impatient with her. The cleaning person does a wonderful job of cleaning her room as well as with her laundry. The food is good and I would recommend this community.

After much research and numerous visits to various facilities, my sister and I chose Brookdale of Beavercreek for our mother. It was at the top of both of our lists. We are all, including mother, very happy with Brookdale. From the beginning staff and residents have made mother feel welcome. Mother had a serious stroke at age 90 and needs almost everything done for her. She can feed herself, Her speech is understandable and she still has her mental faculties. She requires help with virtually everything else. Again, the staff do an excellent job of assisting mother and it is done with cheerful attitudes! The staff works really hard but they seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. As we have all gotten adjusted to mother's new circumstances there have been a few bumps along the way. We have shared our concerns with staff at all levels from the director to therapists to STNAs. Our concerns have always been addressed in very timely and satisfactory manner. As an example, mother was complaining about her back hurting from being in her wheel chair for long periods. My sister talked to the ladies who use the lift to get mother in and out of bed and also to her physical therapist. They all addressed the concern together at the next AM staff meeting. It was agreed to change a few things so mother spent less time in the chair. They implemented and continue this plan. Mother is happy and hurting less. We are very pleased with Brookdale.

My mom really enjoys living at Brookdale Las Vegas. The only complaint she has is that the food is not good. They have had a few changes with the chefs. The community is clean and we would recommend this community.

Mom was at this community for a short time and the staff were nice. The food was ok however it was a larger community than the one she is now at.

A place for mom was great with all the help they provided us. Brookdale was a great place. My father in law was asked to leave, but they did try their best to care for him. I would recommend a place for mom to anybody. They was a wonderful agency to work with.

They offer daily activities at Trinity Towers. The staff are nice and friendly. The food is good I would give it a 5. They also offer good choices. They keep the community clean and well maintained.

This may not be the best fit for a younger, more active senior. They definitely have an older crowd here. The maintenance man is probably the nicest guy there.

My father is still getting used to the community, but so far everything seems to be going well. The community looks nice, they do a good job with keeping his room and the facility nice and clean. He has tired a few activities. The food is nice, they do serve well balanced meals. I know he is receiving good care.

My father is doing well here, but we are having some billing issues. Hopefully our billing issues get resolved. Other than that everything else is going very well. They are taking very good care of him and his needs. The community looks beautiful, everything is kept very nice and clean. The food is amazing, he is pleased with the meals. The commutation between the staff and I is great, they are very informative. This community is like a little city.

Staff very friendly and saw many residents engaging with each other. Lunch looked and smelled delicious. We were considering this option but they called me and informed me that they do not have the SEC license to care for dad's supra-pubic catheter. SO - they had to decline us!

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. I know she is receiving great care. They keep the community very well maintained. They have a really good staff here, they have been very helpful and welcoming. She has tried a few of the activities they offer. She is pleased with the meals. This is a community I would recommend, it is a really good place.

My Father in law has only been at Brookdale Corona for a few days and so far things are good. He seems to like the food and the community is kept clean. They offer activities however he has not yet started to participate in any. The staff are helpful and attentive.

Loved the people here. Location is way too difficult to get to. Community was good. Very expensive, no medicaid

This seemed like a nice place when we toured it. It was larger than the community we choose but the people conducting the tour where nice and knowledgable. The only thing I did not agree with is that the dementia residents are on the second floor.

Visited this place and talked to Tracy and Shannon (nurse) and she assessed my wife based on my answers. Community was nice and I liked the environment and rooms.

Brookdale Apache Junction community is a nice place, very clean, staff is friendly and very accommodating. They have a monthly garage sale for the residents. They also have bingo. The food is really delicious at well and they accommodate her food needs. There was an accident involving my mother-in-law and I was not happy with the way it was handled.

My husband I are staying at this community due to not being able to take full care of ourselves. Once we are better we hope to move to a different community. So far it's been a good experience for us and we enjoy the time here. I personally do not like the food but my husband likes the food to a point. Meals could definitely be better.
