My mother took some getting use to Rula. We have had two hiccups, where she has to leave the country and check on her mom. The first time, I went one month without a nurse, thinking the transition may be too difficult. This time, I went one week without a nurse, giving my mom time to prep for a new nurse and to stay on schedule. We opted for a 2 day schedule, 6 hours per day. My mom is enjoying the new nurse and the transition was seamless. [name removed] and her team are always available to answer questions or assist with concerns.

Aide was helpful and concerned. I had a problem with the caregiver involved in this. She was not reliable. I expected more from her. She did not care if we needed and expected her. It was no way to conduct yourself and keep a job. We came to the conclusion that she didn't respect us and perhaps she didn't like the job and maybe she didn't like us!!
