I needed immediate help caring for my Dad, and Cornerstone Cargiving came to our rescue. They truly care, are responsive, trustworthy, and adjusted scheduling as he needed. They helped him be at home and assisted him with getting up/sitting down (transitioning), dressing and more. My 92-year-old Dad enjoyed talking with them. They helped him at his speed. And we were able to customize the schedule to the times of day/night he needed help versus required blocks of time. HomeWell responded quickly to my request for help and devised a plan that suited our situation. They were attentive, adapting quickly to suit the ever-changing conditions during a very difficult time.

We use this service for my wife who was suffering from dementia. She had just been discharged from the hospital on Wednesday and needed major home care immediately they were able to come in within one day before making an assessment and give her the services that she needed. The nurse was amazing. The aid was amazing. They care for her as if she was their family. She responded to them as if they were family. I was pleased that Canaan was willing to work with me on time allotment. Home care is expensive and how and when I spend my funds is crucial to my budget. I’ve only had one caregiver from this agency, but he meets all our needs.

The owners and the caregivers have been great to work with. They’re flexible and they go the extra mile to make sure my mom is cared for which is a huge comfort. They provide bathing, meals and transportation to the store and appointments.
