My caregiver was extremely helpful and worked above and beyond to help my invalid mother and myself. Everything went very well and was a tremendous help. The two young women I dealt with were both very pleasant and dependable.

We found the representative with Cornerstone a pleasant person to work with and easy to communicate with. She is dependable, accessible, and open--no beating around the bush. She is not pushy; lets you make your own decisions.

Our dad has refused to move off the farm but is in need of help remembering to drink and eat to keep him out of the ER. It has taken a few different caregivers to find the best fit but we got a great person now. I know it has been more difficult to find someone to drive out to the country for 4 hours a day to be worth their time and wear on their car. Cornerstone has been a blessing. Just knowing someone is checking on him daily and providing some stimulation by driving around in he country with him and interacting with him. They have alerted us if they feel he needs medical attention. It eases our guilt and worries not being able to be there ourselves. I truly appreciate their service. Thank you!

I was put in a position of finding immediate care for my family member and Home Helpers of Mentor worked through the weekend to make sure things were handled. They were compassionate and responsive.

Visiting Angels has been very helpful to fill care giver support at home to my father on short notice. They use a checklist system to ensure support items are completed if the visiting angel rotates to new staff. All staff have been professional.

Houck's stayed in contact with me and checked on Mom's progress during my Mom's hospital and rehabilitation stays. They were compassionate and empathetic throughout her over 2 month stay in different facilities! They came highly recommended by a Place for Mom. Every step of the process was met with compassion and flexibility. They really make it customizable to meet your needs! When Mom finally came out of the. Multiple hospital stays, nursing home stays, and the stay at the rehabilitation hospital, Houck's made themselves available to be there for Mom again!!! They are still with Mom and I can not thank them enough! If you are looking for care at home for a loved one that leads with compassion, empathy, and dedication, then Houck's Family Services is your place!

When we contacted CareBuilders at Home, they were interested in supplying a caretaker who met our needs. We asked for a male caretaker who would be able to pick up [name removed] from the floor if needed. They have been responsive to our intermittent requests for extra help. The staff are always pleasant to work with.

The service was is great idea. But the pricing was a bit unexpected for the days needed. It was explained but still expensive. Thank for the help. But this was not financial doable for our family at the time.

After a slow start due to some administration hangups on my end I was happy with our 1st aide encounter. Turns out we knew our care giver whom has been in the line of work for many years. Our 1st impression is that obviously Right at Home is dedicated to employing experienced and knowledgeable talent.

I used Synergy Home Care recently when I needed help with transportation to doctors appointments. I was very pleased with the reliability and caring attitude of all the staff. I would recommend it to anyone needing this kind of assistance.

I nurse who covered for me was [name removed], who did an excellent job - and on short notice. This was (of course) the first time I have had rotator cuff surgery. Happily, [name removed] knew what a t to expect, what meds to administer, etc. The price was reasonable.

My mother in law craved companionship and socialization. FirstLight was able to provide this for her with such timely and thoughtful staff. Sometimes it was just sharing stories or listening, or sorting through her pictures and memorabilia but it was time she looked forward to from week to week. I found them to be very flexible with scheduling and would recommend them for your loved ones as well.
