Excellent communication and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this agency because they truly care and want to help. Their owner [Removed name]is passionate about helping seniors and is a remarkable man. The whole organization is truly amazing and I wouldn't look to anyone else for help taking care of my loved ones.

Reliability and Punctuality - 5 First month into their services no one has been late to the appointed time. Ease of Starting Care - 5 Started care with a manager the first week, who carefully noted needs and designed a care plan. Manager accompanied care giver for first session to ease the transition and our transition from no companion to companion has been very smooth. Communication and Responsiveness - 5 At start-up our on-line questions were answered fully and immediately and contract terms explained in full. The on-line client portal is a useful back-up for schedules and billing.

Very happy with the agency. Having 24/7 care is an adjustment for my folks, and [Removed name] has been fantastic laying the groundwork to limit the number of bumps from the get go. Communication is key in these situations. As a family, we are very happy with the turn around when my parents or I have reached out with questions and/or concerns.

I found Synergy to be a positively supportive agency that took time to listen and to learn about my mother's medical and cognitive needs. Synergy used that information to determine the best care provider to assign to my mother in order to meet her needs. The Synergy director remained in touch with me to evaluate progress and to make changes in service delivery, if necessary. I was very happy with the individualized attention and support that Synergy provided.

The caregivers were on time, experienced and caring. I recommended Attentive Home Care to a friend who is using their services now and she is very pleased as well. I don't have anything negative to say about them.

It's been great. I would say a 5. They've always gotten someone when my mom needs help and they have been really sweet people. So far so good!

There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and I feel like my contributions are truly valued. The company culture is fantastic, making it a fun and rewarding place to be. The manager is sweet and communicative with her staffs, very understandable, very engaging with her staffs and listen to them, respect her staffs. Highly recommended here feels like you are at the right place for the right person.

Always helpful in working out time and dates everyone is friendly and knows what and how to do whatever is requested friendly and knowledgeable about illnesrses and injuries office workers do well getting someone to help and set the dates requested. I really like using this company

Cornerstone and their staff take care of my grandmother like she is part of their own family. I have not made one request that was not adhere to. [name removed] is my Grandmother's care giver and she is the best! My grandmother trust her and loves her! She looks forward to her coming daily.

Utilized the services for a short time, as.i was hospitalized. They sent a very cordial and reliable young woman. She performed the tasks assigned with minimal need for training or reminders. I highly recommend this company, as the supervisor was readily available for any need for substitution or change in schedule.
