Aveanna was in-home care. The staff was friendly. They were flexible with our lifestyle. We didn't live in the same city as the office, therefore, it was hard finding caregivers willing to drive to our house. We ended up having to cancel our plans more often than expected. And in the end we ended up placing him in a facility because we couldn't cancel our life all the time.

I would recommend them to others for sure. Very nice people to work with and very easy to work with. They had one time where there was no coverage. Other than that very good job

The other agencies where not interested in the short term care that I needed. I would recommend them.

The owners are great. They are young entrepreneur, dedicated to building their business by taking care of their clients. However, some of the staff was just disappointing. The regular staff was fine, but replacement staff was disappointing. After a shouting match with one woman, I asked her to go home. I believe that another staff person took a keepsake of a little financial value, but enormous sentimental value. My experience with your industry is limited, but I suspect finding the right staff members is a major challenge. I gave up on the whole idea of home care, and have moved into an assisted living community.

We are using overnight stay. Some people will not be asked to come back. I would recommend to others.

I think the owner was wonderful, friendly and would do everything in her power to find the right fit for your loved one. The hard part is finding good people that's willing to take care of your loved one, be their companion and do some light housework to help out the family. Places like Happy at Home were very helpful to me and gave me peace of mind knowing mom wasn't alone while I was working.

[name removed]the supervisor/manager of the care staff is the nicest person! He has always tried his best to be accommodating and tries to find a good match between the caregiver and recipient. He is a very positive guy and all of the caregivers have been nice and friendly.

The office staff was very attentive to our questions and needs. They just need to make sure they get a patient care plan set up so the aides know what is expected. They have a team that covers for call offs, which is wonderful, especially for late call offs

For the most part taking care of my husband was their main focus. That is the reason I had a caregiver. I did not need help with anything else even though it was offered. Most of the time the caregiver was reliable and adjusted to a flexible schedule.

Administrative Staff is very responsive. Our caregivers were timely, pleasant and patient. Mostly reactive (if you ask they will do) but not extremely proactive . We were pleased over all.

FirstLight Caregiving service has been a lifesaver for me. Owner personally introduced himself and discussed their services which are competitively priced. All of caregivers have been caring and willing to feed, interact with, and aid in turning and changing my husband who is bedridden with severe Alzheimer’s. The caregivers have a variety of skill levels. Some have CNA; one is RN, others are not, but all have been dependable, honest, and willing to do as I ask. I would recommend this service highly.

You all are very quick and reliable with notifications and bills. I do think my mother enjoys having [name removed] there.

The caretaker was courteous and helpful. My mom wished she would have been a little more proactive which prevented me from Putting down a rating of 5. Overall they were still quite happy.

Would be a 5, except rather costly at $[removed]/hr. 1. Quick initial communication. Through knowledgeable info about service. Experienced, caring & dependable help is being given to our darling 100 year old Mom in her home. I'd definitely recommend them!

A good group to work with. We are happy with the care mom is getting. Considerate, conscientious and respectful. Our caregiver is very conscientious and does a good job of keeping us informed of mom's situation.

There has been a lot of turnover recently among the caregivers. [name removed], my mother's favorite left to move back home. Not been the same level since.

They're pretty new. Never saw their place. They came to my place for the interview. They did everything I asked. Very friendly.

Most of the caregivers are experienced, caring & work well to try to accommodate the needs of my mother. There have been a few caregivers that did not work out well due to inexperience & lack of work ethic. The management staff are professional, friendly & mostly willing to work with the family on various requests or issues as needed.

Overall experience: 4 Friendliness: 5 Quality of care: 3-3.5 this is very hard to evaluate because my mother resisted everything her caregivers attempted to do for her. It is our consensus, with so much resistance and no positive affirmation, over time they probably stopped trying. I think we have probably all found ourselves in that position at some point in our careers Administration: 5 [name removed] could not have been more helpful Value for the money: 4 One other point I want to mention is there was never a time, whether it was daytime, evening, or weekend that Tara didn't answer our call/text or respond almost immediately. That was definitely something we loved about Cornerstone!
