The owners are great, really helpful. I know my mom fell while one of the caregivers was there...after that they deemed her a fall risk and did a bit of hovering. My mom is very independent t and a bit stubborn...I am sure that did not help.

I would 100% recommend. I would add that they were a lifesaver for us as my mother's health declined, and [name removed] and his team were so compassionate and kind, they made a difficult situation much easier. There was no facility, this was home care. But I chose this company in large part because owner,[name removed], was so kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

They are pretty good at matching Caregivers to their clients. I would recommend to others, and I don't really have anything else to add.

Most of staff was nice with one exception which I will not go into. They were very gentle and caring with my wife. [name removed] and [name removed] were the best caregivers. I would recommend this company to anyone that need care for a loved one.

They sold me on the 1st visit and as she is new to our community they are working out the quirks. The caretakers for the most part have been great!

Primary care givers were very friendly and professional. They took great care of my wife, were able to relief me and provided me a break. They were very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Home Matters as care givers. Home Matters have excellent staff and provided the service that was needed for my wife and me. Certainly would select their service when needed. I like the services brought to the residence instead of the rehab facility. Please let the caregivers know their work has not gone unnoticed.

Mom has had a couple good people helping her. She likes it when the same one or two people come so she doesn't have to retrain people all the time. She likes to feel comfortable with the person so they can help her go through personal stuff. We have learned that texting gets a faster response for an immediate situation and if you do leave a message just ask for a quick call back to know that the message was received

What we like most about Home Matters is that they will do mostly what was asked of them, within reason. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families, we just didn't have enough to keep them busy, coming 3 times a week and 4 hours.

It was the first one recommended so I wasn't aware yet of any other facilities. I would recommend to others and I have, however I would also recommend to interview two or three agencies to compare and find the right fit.

Didn't experience too many caregivers other than [name removed] who was great, the only thing I would say at times had problems with getting people there when [name removed] wasn't able to. And had problems with the payment getting taken out of checkbook so had to use credit card. Yes, we would recommend them to other families, it is a much needed service

Senior Helpers try to match my husband with caretakers that he likes at the same time accommodating my needs. We have had only one incident where the caregiver they sent was not a good fit and they assured me they would not send that person again. The caregivers are dependable and professional.

Judah Loving care was my choice to provide care for my mom when she had her hip repair. This agency was so dependable and always keep me informed. I strongly recommend this agency because they were up and personal with mom's care.

What we like the most about ComForCare Home Care is the accessibility of management and customer service. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had!

Didn't do housework or laundry well, could not sort pills, in spite of being health workers. I find a housekeeper every two weeks and being really careful when I sort is working for me.Not really the type of service I need.
