My husband's helper [name removed] was extremely helpful at a very stressful time. 1. It was easy to get started with the in home initial interview. 2. If [name removed] was running late I was always notified by her and the office. 4. It was easy to find a helper that fit our needs and schedule. 4. We were easily able to rearrange our schedule as our needs changed, either with our helper directly or through the office. 5. Everyone was extremely friendly and always attentive to our needs. 6. We couldn't ask for better help or care. 7. Very competitive cost.

We had a bad experience with one of the caregivers, but she's no longer there. The first caregiver we had was the best; other ones after her were okay, but nothing else. We had several issues with one caregiver, but the company addressed it and she was let go. I would definitely recommend them. I would also advise a potential client to meet the caregiver beforehand. We have cameras all over our house and would recommend checking on the caregiver while you're away.

[name removed] has been a God send. She was hired through Home Instead on a part time basis twice a week to help care for my 84 year old mom who had been struggling with dementia. Before [name removed] , it was only my dad who is 81, though relatively healthy but struggling himself, and me and my brother alternate supplementing dad’s day to day care for my mom. We love [name removed] and all that she does for my mom, and provides my dad the break that he needs to help him rejuvenate each week. Thank you H.I. And [name removed]!!
