They are so caring and are always calling to check on me.

The caregivers have been quite friendly, caring, and supportive of my husband's needs. They are prompt to arrive, always dressed appropriately and, to my great surprise, they usually ask if there are any tasks they can do around the house. My daughter and I have been thoroughly surprised at how consistently happy and good matured the caregivers have been.

They are prompt in responding on what I need. Just a little expensive though. But worth it for the service I got.

Everyone that I came in contact with from the company was wonderful. Accommodating, kind, caring, compassionate, and my dad enjoyed the Caregiver's company. We did not use their service long due to my father's passing, but the little time we did was a very positive experience.

Amada senior care worked very well with my mother in law. They were always on time and formed a great friendship with her. They truly care that everything was done daily at the home and made sure my mother in law took all her medication on time. 100 percent happy with Amada.

1. We had a very positive experience working with Seniors helping seniors. [name removed] was very responsive, provided solid guidance and advice, and helped us through a very difficult time. 2. The caregivers were very reliable and anytime there was an issue with scheduling, [name removed] would always make sure to get it covered. 3. I was in a very difficult situation when I reached out to Seniors helping seniors, where the current caregivers had been stealing from my friend. [name removed] quickly came in and put really good Caregivers in place. 4. I felt the communication exceeded my expectations. I could call or text [name removed] and she responded immediately. 5. We had anywhere from 3-5 caregivers at one time and I thought they were all very friendly and capable. I got to know most of them and enjoyed their company. I had favorites, but everyone was impressive. 6. My friend was bedridden so the care could be difficult at times. They were always professional, kind and respectful to my friend. 7. From the research I did, the value was in line with other caregiving organizations.

I found it easy to sign up. Care started right away. 2 different methods of communication (notebook and online) the care was given and house keeping was great. The care received was able to keep daddy at home. The care givers were on time and kind. I understand the cost of the care and appreciate the time and care that was given to my father. Keeping my daddy at home was most important to him and my family. Couldn't have done it without the great care provided.

8 hours per week in-home respite care (two 4-hour periods on different days) for my wife, who has dementia. I would recommend to others.

Each category was a 5! [name removed] and [name removed] became part of our family. They were good listeners to understand the particulars of our situation. They problem solved and supported us every step of the way with a difficult dynamic. They helped us find a new caregiver at one point which was a better fit. They spent a lot of time with us and were understanding and knowledgeable about this stage of life and the challenges of dealing with aging family members. I'm going to tell my adult children to call them when they need help dealing with me in my advanced years!

They took good care of my client. On some occasions they had to find a replacement for the scheduled aide, which was stressful. I would recommend them to others.

Although I only used (and needed) the service for a couple of weeks, engaging Home Instead was one of my better moves! Complete, compassionate and dedicated from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Service no longer needed, but they provided excellent home health assistance. I would recommend to others and tell people to pay attention to whether or not the caregiver's personality matches the patient's. That makes a difference.

I would give each a 5 they have always been responsive to my needs my only wish is I could get less than 4 hours time when i call for just a ride
