My experience with Hope and Recovery has been wonderful. The caregivers are compassionate, skilled, and well-informed. Their reliability gives me peace of mind, knowing my mom is cared for with professionalism and kindness while I'm away at work.

About YOU Homecare were incredibly helpful and supportive when my husband came home from the hospital. Their kind caregivers, and especially [name removed]made it possible for him to spend his last weeks in the comfort of his own home. Without their assistance, I couldn't have provided the care that he needed.

We are happy with Home Instead. I love [name removed] and my relationship with her and she passes that on to aides. [name removed] has been very accepting of all employees sent our way except he definitely had an aversion to male aides and it was addressed immediately. It's not perfect, scheduling has been an issue over time, but that is just the way that industry is, especially in the mountains. Sad to see some people go for whatever reasons.

The folks at First Light were wonderful with my brother when he was recuperating from surgery. I have recommended them to others.

The caregivers are Empathetic. Very relatable to the family and client. I would recommend. A positive experience all around. As Mom's needs changed, so did Home Instead. Very accommodating.

They provided care for my Aunt. I would recommend to others.

Please accept a rate of five for all the listed categories. I needed immediate care for my sister and I C care stepped up and provided excellent care for her needs. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

The young lady we had as my aid was terrific! I also liked the person who answered the phone very much, helpful and down to earth.. The caregiver was extremely knowledgeable I helping me with whatever needed to be done for total hip replacement surgery! Exercises, Ice, BP, etc. she was a Nursing student..Liked her very much!

[name removed] and [name removed] were great not only on the phone explaining their services by coming to the house to meet Mom and see her living arena. They were professional, sympathetic, friendly and always willing to take a phone call. They provided great information in the packet that they gave me and our helper who came to stay with Mom on a couple occasions was great. Mom liked her and that was all that matter to us a wonderful service and I have recommended Senior Helpers Of Lawrenceville to those who might be in need.

Reliability and Punctuality: [name removed] was on time and often stayed past her time or if she was going to be late to communicated and stayed to make up time. 3. Ease of Starting care:5 interview process from [name removed] and starting of care was easy with 1-2 day start time. Even after hospitalization care resumed day after discharge. 4. Communication and Responsiveness:5, [name removed] owner and [name removed] caregiver communicated promptly when no caregivers were available if [name removed] needed to take off. 5. Friendliness: 5, easy to talk to and express concerns. Listened to needs and were knowledgeable about how unfamiliar equipment worked. 6. Quality of Care: [name removed] went above and beyond her duties. [name removed] would frequently check in to see if we had any questions or concerns. [name removed] also would stop by to check in. Never felt rushed as my wife's health continued to decline 7. Value for Cost: 5, it is a reasonable cost to be treated as though you were family. This company truly went above and beyond in our time of need.

Everything was excellent. [name removed] our caregiver was a bright spot for my Dad. He would really enjoy spending time with her. It was very easy to start services and when [name removed] was unavailable, Elara notified my mom quickly and provided a substitute care giver. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Elara to others.

It was an overall great experience and allowed my mother in law to stay in her home for another year.

1. Overall experience OCAL provided excellent in home care with a team of staff that met our needs. Once our needs became 24 hours, the cost was prohibitive and placement in assistive living made better sense. The owner was responsive 27:7. The caregivers were kind to my relative and he was safe, clean, and cared for. Some caregivers were better than others which is true everywhere. The scheduler was outstanding at dealing with sudden needs that required additional time. 2. Reliability and Punctuality Caregivers were within five minutes of expected time, and the strength of this group was that if the regular was sick or unavailable, a replacement was on the way. 3. Ease of Starting Care From the moment I contacted OCAL, the owner was quick, efficient and had onboarding within a week. 4. Communication and Responsiveness Very responsive! My questions received immediate attention. Concerns were quickly and efficiently addressed. This is a strength for OCAL. 5. Friendliness All interactions with the owner, scheduler and caregivers were friendly. 6. Quality of Care My relative received acceptable care. The caregivers were kind, some were better than others at fulfilling the requested tasks. Well above average when it came to listening and engaging with my relative. 7. Value for Cost I did my research and OCAL was a little on the higher side when looking at weekday, weekend and the required minimum of hours. Not all of the caregivers performed the list of requested tasks.
