Overall experience: Excellent. Reliability and Punctuality: Some caregivers were not, but our most recent person was absolutely the best on both reliability & punctuality. Ease of Starting Care: No issues with clerical staff & they were instrumental in helping us find a good fit. Communication and Responsiveness: All good. Friendliness: Very nice. Quality of Care: Great. Value for Cost: Care giving is expensive.

The start up process and initial interview was great. The owner came to my Aunt's home and talked about her needs and matched a caretaker who was a great match. Unfortunately, we were only able to have 2 visits -- my Aunt had an accident and wasn't able to stay in her home and now is in a Board and Care Facility. But I would have definitely brought QualiCare back if Home care had been an option. Very nice people, easy to get ahold of and very skilled in dealing with cognitive impairments.

Needed service in a crisis and it was easy to start & immediate needs met with few problems. Different caregivers on short notice is understandable but hard to deal with on our end. I was a bit concerned about caregiver coming from all night assignment to next day with us. One caregiver was too inexperienced for us. Felt need to shout when not necessary. I would recommend this company.

First light has been good. They accept my long term care, handle the recording hours and staff is good. Local office is here. Only thing is all agencies it seems have trouble getting permanent staff because of short hours and low pay. That is understood. Right now I only need a few hours a week for help.

I think the Agency "One Patient at a time" is absolutely terrific! The owners of the agency are super nice and the caregivers they provide for our family are great too!! I can't say enough about how good the agency is they are really the Best!!

A Place for Mom was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were professional and polite. I appreciate all the help that we received. We ended up placing my stepmom in a long term facility that they suggested. She is doing very well as we speak.

Management is a different thing. I'm mixed on them. Just a really bad taste left from dealing with them. Honesty is very important.

They are a great company, very compassionate. They are always on time, no call outs. [name removed] came out and everything was handled with ease. Great communication and responsiveness. They are very friendly and professional. Quality of care was excellent. Value for cost is excellent.

We hired a helper in [date removed]. [name removed] came initially to meet us, then [name removed] came to interview us for what we needed. I do like the fact that Amada is willing to do less hours a week than other agencies. Mom only utilized the helper for about a month, then my father was able to start driving. They haven't needed help since then. I would not hesitate to call Amada if/when the time comes that they need help again.

Overall experience was very easy. The caregiver was punctual and reliable. They are professional and compassionate. They are very good with communication and responsiveness. The staff and caregiver very friendly. Quality of care is great! They are very affordable.

They've been excellent since Day 1 (actually from the very first phone call we had when I didn't even know how to begin this process).

I've been only using mainly 2 and 1 time a sub but the main gals we really like. It was a perfect fit. Very pleased

The caregiver I have is great. Of course I would recommend to others I would add that they are a great to work with and very flexible and responsive towards your individual needs!

My experience with AmericaCare was a good one. I rate them a 5. The staff is professional, courteous and kind. They were willing to work with my schedule for my husband which wasn't always a set one. The owner of the company is outstanding!!

I could not have been any more pleased with all the girls from senior helpers. They were all very professional and very caring. I would recommend you services to my closest friends.

They are providing periodic light in-home services for my husband, who is blind, but not otherwise impaired. I have it set up that I can call them for help when I have to go out of town. The flexibility is greatly appreciated.

[name removed]was my mother's caregiver. She was a wonderful caregiver and person. Hope she knows how much we appreciate her. She always gave a 110%

They are absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend the home caregivers, they give me a break & make coping with his Parkinson's bearable!!!
