The prices were competitive and had a lower required minimum, which allowed me to schedule 4 hours/1 day a week. That was particularly helpful getting started. I recommend them!

The ladies sent to assist me after hip replacement surgery were the best. I needed help 24/7 initially. They handled everything that I needed to include getting me to and from followup doctor appts. The only negative comment i have is - there was a little internal turmoil in the business and the return of my deposit took too long. It was held hostage. I do recommend this business.

I use this company as an aid to get me to and from drs appointments. The women who have taken me are top quality! They are able to manipulate me in a wheelchair and get me in and out of their car I have had absolutely no problems and would recommend them to anyone!

Each lady that has been my caregiver has been very friendly and willing to help and assist me in making bed, scrubbing floor and opening bottles and containers got me , and I do not have a good grip anymore

So - my mom is at an AFH that specializes in memory care in Bellevue. They are wonderful - very professional yet warm and caring. They give her "space" as she needs it. They have managed her medications in an impressive way . My mother was exceeding difficult and unpleasant. Now she is pleasant and cooperative (most of the time). She even seems happy although she would never admit it. She was always like that - seeing the negative in something all the time. It is. Ice yo see her clam and not angry and very agitated. Yet, I do not feel that she is over medicated. The owner, a nurse practitioner with a specialty in geriatrics, is very intuitive and very sharp. This place has turned out to be EXACTLY what my mother needed.

We have no complaints in any of the area. It is proving to be great companionship for [name removed] and frees me to do all I need to do.

[name removed]and [name removed]went over and above from the original contact before we were a customer and kept communicating keeping us in the loop all along. I appreciated the ease of using the customer portal. All the caregivers were very timely and personable.

The agency quickly found a qualified aide for my mother. When a replacement aide was needed they quickly found a replacement. The agency is very responsive The current aide works well with my mother She is friendly and efficient. My mother thinks a friend is visiting when she comes to help her. The aide arrives on time if not earlier than appointment time She provides excellent care
