Having a caregiver has made such a difference in our lives. My mom now has companionship, rides to appointments, and help around the house. She seems happier and more productive, and I have peace of mind knowing she’s cared for. Now I have more time taking care of myself, and catch up on my list of projects.

We have been extremely pleased with the caregiver from Care Advantage. They are professional and highly organized. They arrive promptly and are wonderful company and help for my husband. They are efficient in their billing and I feel they are more than fair in their charges for service.

[name removed] provided companionship for Both my husband and me. She carried out his personal chores (bathing, weighing, blood pressure, and monitoring his pills,etc)as a professional. She made his lunch and breakfast adjusting her preparation to meet his needs and preferences. She did light housekeeping for me as well as my husband‘s laundry. I felt comfortable, leaving him home with her so that I could take a few hours to myself. She was personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. [name removed] substituted for her one day, and I found her service equally professional

Our family is extensive and close yet geographically sadly scattered across the Midwest. Senior Helpers has been a bridge for our brother to provide caregivers to take him to important doctor appointments and stay with him while recovering from procedures and illness. Senior Helpers staff have been companions as well as coordinators and are professional and know their clients very well. Excellent communication

They were always answering any calls or questions and we’re always there when I needed someone to talk to. I would recommend these people to everyone that needs to find help for their parents like I did. My mom is since passed away, but they were there when I needed them. Five stars across the board!

Great outfit. I was well informed from the first by the intake interviewer, the office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the care givers are timely, efficient, effective and respectful. The care givers have suggested improvements that have made my sons life a little easier in addition to the good work they do for him.

[name removed] and her team have been wonderful. She is in constant communication with me and has worked hard at finding great matches for cared givers for mom. Since we live out of state it is a huge relief to know someone reliable and caring will be visiting mom and helping with her care. They have stayed late when needed and worked extra days also when asked. They have all been very accommodating. We feel very lucky to have found [name removed] and her team!

[name removed] was a Gods blessing to us. She took great care of my dad while he stayed with us. Helping with day to day activities. [name removed] was the best. I have had an excellent experience with Synergy Homecare of Billings. There Home care aids have provided me with exceptional care and have been very caring. I would without hesitation recommend them to someone needing home health care services.

We have really enjoyed teaming up with Home Instead. They come visit my Dad 3 times a week for 3 hrs. They take him to run errands & make him breakfast or lunch & clean up around his place. He really enjoys his visits with them & it has really helped me as the care giver have more time for other things that need to be done. I recommend them if you’re even thinking about it for a loved one. They have been fantastic.

Quick to respond to our need for a caregiver/companion for my Dad. [name removed] listened and her team were able to work with us to find the right person. Really impressed with their professionalism and caring approach.

We only used their services for a short time, but they were thorough, very helpful, dependable and responsible. Any concerns were quickly resolved. It's a tough process to go through, who to have there to watch over your parent. We had challenges with mobility and vision. They were very hands on with the process and I didn't feel like just another customer, which was a comforting process. You won't be disappointed with choosing them.

I've had two different visits from Senior helpers. Both were good. I was concerned with his dementia but it worked out well. I will take care of him for as long as I can but sometimes things come up and I need a little help. They are there.

Seniors helping Seniors has been a perfect option for in home care. From the first conversations with [name removed] and [name removed] , to the home visit, to [name removed] matching the right care givers for Dad, the experience has exceeded expectations. I go to work and do not worry as I know Dad is in capable hands and cared for. Thank you [name removed] and everyone at Seniors helping Seniors !!

They were on time when I needed them and paid close attention to my husband and his needs very personable. Wonderful people. Very flexible in their schedule because I did not need them all the time just when I had doctor appointments.

My brother has ALS and is bed ridden and his wife needed help and someone to help bath him, sit with him while she goes to the market etc and she is a god send. She cleans the house and helps in every way.

[name removed] looked for a while to find a companion for my 91. Y/o mother. [name removed] was professional, courteous, and patient. Would use this agency again. Unfortunately my mother did not like having a companion and services had to be cancelled

Though I’ve only experienced one Care Giver for a short amount of time, I’m pleased with the person giving me the help I need. This individual is truly a person who is experienced in sharing time and committed to helping others. I am adjusting to this experience in my life and find this person very helpful and supportive of that.

From the swift initial contact, through the ins/outs of daily care, [name removed] and [name removed] answered all of questions, graciously worked with every change and gave us peace that Mom was in good hands, especially with [name removed], who kind of kept Dad together as well. We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you for all that you do!!

They have been very good with my mother. She usually doesn’t like to accept assistance but has adjusted to them very quickly. We would recommend them highly.
