She is not only knows how to listen well; she also has answers that make sense for your needs. And when she delivers on an answer, it works well! I was relieved to know I could believe in Assisting Hands and how it delivers with warm and caring hearts!!

I used LifeWorx after my reverse shoulder replacement, and their support made coming home so much easier. They provided an occupational therapist, physical therapist, nurse, and home health aide, and every one of them was outstanding. The OT helped me safely manage daily tasks and set up my home so I could move comfortably. The PT pushed me at the right pace to regain strength without ever making me feel rushed. The nurse checked my incision, medications, and overall progress, giving me real peace of mind. And the home health aide was patient, reliable, and a huge help with things I couldn’t do on my own. LifeWorx made a challenging recovery feel organized and manageable, and I’m truly grateful for their care and professionalism.

My 97-year old mother has been having a series of relatively minor falls since early summer. That, coupled with major loss of appetite (and weight), justified our taking a trial run with Home Instead - 4 hours a day during the early evening dinner hour. The young ladies from Home Instead were wonderful - getting her outside for porch sitting and short walks, as well as inside activities like board games and cards. We think her dinner intake improved as well. But unfortunately, after a month, she had another fall, and is now in long term care at Wood Haven. Short of a Home Instead staffer with her 24-7, she simply can't live at home alone anymore.

We picked Arcadia as our private-pay caretaker agency for our veteran brother who is a paraplegic with multiple chronic diseases. ARCADIA was very willing to adjust their hours wirh his schedule that included diabetic treatments. We needed the caretaker to come on Sundays and they met our needs. Very friendly and accomodating professional staff

Amada has been excellent. Upfront no surprises with pricing or scheduling. The caregiver is amazing because Amada fit the client to the caregiver. So easy to work with this agency. Everyone I have dealt with is exceptional.

Following a knee replacement surgery for my 78 year old husband, this 75 year old caretaker found herself overwhelmed with meds, personal care needs and utterly exhausted. In comes the Care Advantage team member that was just the right fit for us. A strong, male with a military background as a medic. He quickly absorbed his responsibility and I surrendered to bed. I had such a sense of support and relief. The stars below should reflect all perfect score but when I tapped it it did not stay as requested.

Brightstar has provided great care for my mother and been very flexible with their scheduling. I have a very unconventional schedule, and Brightstar has dealt with that admirably.

The initial consult was prompt and very informative. We were able to request the time length that we needed. Our caregiver has been helpful and friendly. If our caregiver is unavailable for some reason they have called us to let us know and found a backup person. I would definitely recommend this organization.

We have been using this service for a couple of months. [name removed] has been a great help to my mother and sister. She fit right in and has been a pleasure to work with. She has added depth and variety to mom's days: playing puzzles, getting her out of the house for fresh air, assisting with showers, and giving her a fresh person to talk to. We couldn't have asked for better.

My elderly neighbor was losing her vision and needed help. Everyone involved with Griswold from administration to direct support professionals have been excellent, professional and compassionate. Griswold was very responsive to my initial inquiries and genuine in wanting to find a good match for my friend. My friend now works more directly with the agency but the initial intake process was responsive to our needs to be flexible, start with minimal days and hours and to be customer centered.

SH came to the care center to meet us and make sure they provide the care we needed. Very personable, professional. They made everything clear to us. The first day they came to the home both the person we met and the actual care giver toured our home and got care instructions. The caregiver was friendly, always offered to do anything needed. We learned a lot about her and she learned about us. She went above and beyond our expectations. The company always conducted business the way I do/would. EXCELLENT JOB

This is my first time needing help with my family member. I spoke with many other companies before making my choice to ensure the my priorities and the people I’d be working with were the same. Promedcare in Fremont, NE has been great to work with. From the beginning they were very supportive and communication was wonderful. They took the time to understand our situation and I believe matched caregivers to exactly what we needed. They continue to be a great choice for what we need.

After a 12-day stay in the hospital, my mom needed some assistance at home until she regained her strength. [name removed] came right to the hospital to meet with us, went over everything in detail, and delivered exactly what she promised. Once my mom was home, the caregivers were incredibly attentive and accommodating. I live out of state, so it gave me great peace of mind knowing my mom was being cared for so well. I truly felt like she was in good hands. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their loved ones cared for as if they were family.

The Home Instead staff have been wonderful. When we first were making inquiries, they answered our questions by phone and we're also willing to stop by in person to answer final questions. Right when we were starting the services, my mom had to go to the hospital for an extended period of time and they were so flexible with the scheduling as they were often last minute changes required. No complaints, they just made it happen. Also, the companions have been wonderful. The primary ones assigned to mom have all been very caring and professional.

All good Good caregivers always responsive has always been able to fit my needs and timelines caregivers have all been kind and knowledgeable my husband has been satisfied with all caregivers I plan to keep hiring them as long as he needs them

My husband has Alzheimer's and this company was wonderful to work with. From working out a schedule with me to the caregivers they provided. All were very caring and conscientious. I felt comfortable leaving my husband in their hands. They were also flexible.

We need to find someone who could stay with my sister who has onset dementia during the day. First Light has sent the perfect people to come and sit alongside her and make meals during the day and take her on walks. On occasion, we have needed First Light to provide someone during nights and weekends, and they have always provided quality care providers.

All representatives have been professional and demonstrate great empathy for my mom, including matching the best care provider for her. I would highly recommend this agency if you are considering looking for a great agency.
