This has been a great service for my husband. He requires transportation & prep for frequent medical appointments & treatments, and their hours are more flexible to fit our needs. Many agencies have much higher minimum times that they can serve your loved one; Synergy works within our shorter time needs for care. All the caregivers are kind and attentive to my husband’s needs. We highly recommend Synergy to other families needing care!

In need of help in a short time frame. Came to my rescue. We only needed them for a short time but I would highly recommend to any family who needs assistance! My mother has dementia and was cared for in an exceptionally kind manner.

We have used Right at Home since July and have been pleased with the care givers that have come to stay with my husband. Some have probably been doing this longer than others but all in all I have felt good in leaving my husband when I need a break. If you want a particular person to return, the agency will try to have that person do so. At this point I have used this agency for short stints 4-6 hours but at some point in time if the need arises, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for longer periods.

My dad was being released from a palliative unit, going home with a hospice diagnosis. He was begging to stay home but we knew we needed help caring for him. Several women who had gone through similar situations recommended [name removed] & his staff of caregivers at Cornerstone. [name removed] came to the hospital to meet dad & I. He asked lots of questions that helped him schedule the right people. It’s been 2 months now. We’ve made a few adjustments, and now have superstar crew that does an awesome job taking care of the best dad ever. I’m so grateful!!

Wonderful experience so far. I’m new to having help for my husband from a home health aide. Everyone has been very kind and professional and patient with all my questions and schedule changes to fit our needs. I would definitely recommend them.

First time using any home care service for my spouse and it worked out great. I had to go out of state and needed 24/7 coverage which included a weekend. Staffing was exceptional. Will definitely use service again.

I cannot say enough about Galaxy! We even recommended them to my brother's friend who also used them. From the first phone call from [name removed] explaining how 8t works I felt very comfortable hiring them for my mom. The aide they sent is wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Home Instead personnel worked with me by providing the specific hours I requested to help with my brother-in-law at very short notice. They were very professional and always available to answer my questions. When I had specific inquiries to different individuals, if they were unavailable at that moment, I always received a timely return call. He was really relieved to have someone with him both in the rehab facility after his fall and also was relieved of the anxiety of going home alone. It helped his transition from rehab to home, giving him more confidence to be on his own when they were no longer needed. We both were very pleased with their help taking him to doctor appointments, running errands and making sure he had meals, medicines taken on time and touched our hearts by taking care of his little dog too!

[name removed] at Cornerstone was an amazing person to work with we had an extremely scary time for our family when my mother-in-law was diagnosed with ALS. [name removed] worked with us helped us plan things helped us schedule her home health aides for the hours that we needed them. Things continue to change over a two or three week period until the final diagnosis was provided and at that time she lined up two of the most amazing ladies the first one who deserves an unbelievable amount of gratitude from our family was Lupe. She was extremely involved as she helped us navigate the in home care for our loved one including the arrival of Hospice. She was extremely caring and attentive to my mother-in-law in addition to cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen as the house was full of family. Our second home health aide named [name removed] was just as amazing. The last two aides were very polite; however, disconnected from the caring part of their job - simply on their phones unsure of their responsibilities.

We were looking for someone to help with the housework and assist my husband with dressing and companionship. The first visit by a Cornerstone worker was very pleasant and she was more helpful than we imagined. We plan to continue. Cornerstone has also helped us with the long term care insurance application. This was hugely beneficial.

My friend worked her life to be able to die in her home. I learned a great deal from my experience with doing what I could to assist her. I had no idea she would decline so quickly. She was a challenge. If you worked for her, she was very demanding and often very harsh. Home Instead's management and caregivers had the patience and understanding to look past the harshness and see the wonderful woman my friend was. They did everything that was needed to provide her with her wish. Amazing kindness and understanding. As she declined it became more difficult, but I never heard a complaint or deviation from the goal. They provided care and comfort to the very end. I live on the other side of the country, so it was important to be able to trust the organization that was caring for her. I don't know if every Home Instead has as extraordinary people as this one, but I sure hope so.

The staff at Tandem Care was very responsive, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my husband’s needs. [name removed] matched us with [name removed] and we truly appreciated [name removed] caring, helpful, intelligent, friendly attitude and work. A good outfit we will call again if need arises.

We have had a very positive experience with home helpers. All of the care givers have been very accommodating to all of our needs. When we needed her to adjust her hours she was willing to change. We feel very comfortable with her in the house.

The owner, [name removed] could not be nicer or more accommodating. They are also reasonably priced Highly recommend you speak to this man when looking for home health care. He makes the process easy, is very professional and has good caregivers to send out!

I only used this agency for a short time because I ended up having to place my mom under hospice care in order to get other services she needed. However, I found Home Instead to be very helpful and understanding of our needs. The aide they provided was very sweet and professional. She was a big help in getting some things better organized around our home. They did require a minimum amount of hours which went beyond my needs and budget at that time. However, they cared more about what we needed than their own profits and I really appreciated that. They recommended the hospice service that might suit us more. I would definitely use them again.

I have had a few aids And have been happy with most of them Kind hearted Comforting Hard working They take good care of me on my road to recovery. Then go anyone and beyond. Itsxessy to get started and them try to find the best aide. Suited for me

The entire staff from directors to schedulers to caregivers have been great. Very flexible and eager to accommodate us. They continue to check in and the ease of use the portal has been very helpful. [name removed] and [name removed] were very proactive in helping us get started and even referring other potential homes for the future.

Our experience was very nice. Our first phone interaction was pleasant as well as our visit. The care taker that was sent to us is a good fit. So far we are happy. I do not think we will run into any situations. As far as cost, everything is costly.

[name removed] was very down-to-earth, conscientious and caring. She helped with housework and took [name removed] for a haircut, in addition to assisting with his care in the home. She provided just what we needed at the time.
