Home Instead is working out wonderfully for my brother. He has a fairly steady caregiver who gets along well with him. He enjoys having her there to help.

I would give a 5 for each category. They were very clear about cost; [name removed] (I think that was her name) was very easy to talk to;it was easy to get services started. And my husband's aide was an angel...so kind, respectful, responsible. I was very, very pleased with Senior Helpers. My husbands aid was [name removed], he was a wonderful young man.

Like so many others we thought we could handle our loved one's care on our own, but it became clear that we needed help. Nightingale was able to accommodate our last-minute request and get help the very next day. The care coordinator went the extra mile and joined our caregiving on day one to make sure everything went smoothly. Their service, care, and sensitivity was exactly what our family needs.

My father was not going to let us bring anyone into his home. [name removed]from Home instead came buy and with almost no effort my dad was signed up for 16hrs a week. They did such a good job paring a care giver that had some of the same interests as dad and now he looks forward to her coming each time. Best choice we could have made.

My overall experience with Griswold Home Care of Burlington was rated 1-5 as a 5. From my first contact with them they were very professional and extremely kind and caring to my entire family. My identical twin sister had recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we were searching for in home care for her. Reliability and Punctuality would also rate a 5. Within in a day we had an appointment with 3 of their team to examine her physical condition. (A nurse) Another to discuss what the family's needs were and a third person to discuss the financial requirements. This was all done in a visit to my sister's home. All involved were very punctual. The ease of starting care would also rate a 5. The communication and responsiveness would rate a 5 also. Very quick to answer questions we had. Friendliness would also rate a 5. It was as if we were family and in this journey together. Quality of care rates another 5. The caregiver was in contact with me constantly and asked for suggestions of activities to do with my sister.

It's very easy to get started. Made good matches. Very easy to change /add hours. I've never not had coverage and I don't think anyone has ever been late. Or left early. We set up an evaluation and care started with in a week or so. It's very easy to get in touch with them. Everyone has always been very friendly and nice and professional. Our care givers are dedicated and truly caring people. Only bc my mom has long term care insurance. It's very expensive. Thank heavens for the insurance. I wouldn't be able to work. And I have to work. I'm grateful every day for our Senior Helper helpers!

[name removed] is amazing with my mom on all levels. She is exactly what my mom needs.

1. They have been super supportive and easy to talk to. 2. I needed them to start the next day after I talked to them and they came. 3. As I said they started the next day. Also I planned to put my husband in a Skilled facility on Thursday and had told them that I would not need them but half a day. That changed and I immediately continued to get the help I needed. 4. Everything I needed was taken care of immediately. Communication was great! 5. I had 9 different caregivers and I can't say enough good things about ALL of them! 6. They were so helpful and kind to my husband. 7. They are the same cost as most other caregiver companies, but the excellent people that work for First Light can't be beat in my opinion!

What we like the most about their services is their caring people, and yes we would recommend Amada Senior Care to other families based on the experience.

I haven't had to used Cornerstone in a while. But when I did use them they were great! I just didn't like how they auto-billed their clients. I like to pay right after the service is provided. I would recommend them to others.

Very happy with the service provided. Always on time. Initial assessment for services was done immediately. Very attentive to the needs of the client.

Had service since March. Have 1 person, twice a week. We like him and his service very much. Been a few late starts but we're informed with valid reasons. Starting care - Talked with them, they sent a person for an interview the next day. Service started within a couple of days. They call if there is a problem and respond to emails promptly. The office people are friendly and the person we have is very friendly. Our caregiver gives great care. I tried a company that cost less but the service and care were subpar.

They provided aides for my sister. They were excellent caregivers

We were very pleased with the short time we used them before my husbands passing. We had a 42 year old lady who was wonderful and would switch her hours if I needed her to for my husband. Her name was [name removed]

Five out of five for all categories. The services were a little bit expensive for what we needed, but it was worth it because of reliability. I live out of state and my father needed a patient sitter. They sent [name removed] who was a godsend. She watched over my dad and could speak for him when he could not, and she was able to communicate with me when I couldn't get in touch with the facility staff. Our need was unexpected and unusual, because we asked her to go into a rehab facility and a hospital setting. They could handle this and they had someone there within a few days. I really don't know what I would've done without them.

What we like the most about their services is that the customer service has been great. Attendance or on time and caring. Easy to work with. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

We only dealt with two. The first wasn't a good fit but the 2nd was great. I dealt directly with HI. They were great for us and I rated them 5. I'm not going to breakdown all that they did.

We only used the caregivers for a week, or so, they were very professional, kind and helped my mom when I couldn't be in town. My mom passed away back in July so we will no longer need any service/assistance, thank you

The service is very professional and the caregiver really does care about my mom. Yes, we would recommend Visiting Angels of Cedar Rapids, IA to other families based on the experience so far.

I would rate 5 on all those listed items. I think the client should know if their caregiver is not available they have the option of being notified and they can say no. In my husband case the caregiver they sent was not a good match for him and language was a problem. Not negative however I needed to understand this. He was very up set and I reported if the primary caregiver was not available I did not want someone else I would arrange my own plans.
