U people are sad and very unprofessional I watched u hire a lady work her 2 days then relieve her of her client for no reason of her own just to give her client to someone else that works for u that’s not right u people are no good playing favoritism in the job world.

The entire situation with cornerstone caregiving was completely unacceptable! From scheduling errors to people falling asleep during overnight care, even when being called for help, they slept through. They were a home-based caregiving company and initially we went with them because there they gave such a fantastic initial impression during the interview. However, that quickly fell apart

Although sales was responsive and sounded like were a good match for our family, in reality they never placed a caregiver in 4 or 5 attempts to do so. Hopefully you would have a better experience, but after my experience, I would not recommend them. For what they are charging hourly, the quality of caregivers was not commensurate.

The caregivers are not qualified to do more than sit in a chair. Could not make a bed. Did not know how to give a bath.

Senior Helpers failed us on two fronts. They were told that we needed a caregiver who had experience working with individuals with dementia. However, instead of sending an appropriately trained individual, they sent an 18 year old, who had no experience and who had just started working for them! They also failed to show up at the scheduled time. The second person they sent showed up hours late at my mother’s doctor’s office because they had her assisting other clients at other locations when she was supposed to be attending to my mother!!! Their scheduling department is abysmal! They sent a third caregiver to our house, after we canceled their services, without notifying us. She just showed up at the door after having been dropped off by an UBER supplied by Sr. Helpers, who never bothered to let us know she was coming!! Notwithstanding the foregoing, I must say that all of the caregivers that came to our home were very friendly, compassionate, respectful, and kind. We do not blame them

The agency sent us someone that stole from my mother and they did nothing to compensate us. The owners talk a good talk, but they don't always respond and when there was a change in management they did not alert us promptly.

Disgusting treatment of a paying client and was witnessed by more than one person. Vulgar communication after trying to address situation when you call their office. Disgusting. Save the trouble. Go elsewhere. Will be going through small claims court since they took our money.

This place has been really disappointing. Many of their caregivers are chronically late shift after shift sometimes 10 minutes sometimes a half hour. Even worse, caregivers frequently just don’t show up for their shift at all with no notification ahead of time. We get the excuse that the caregiver wasn’t told that they were supposed to work or that they forgot about it or there was miscommunication or something. They have no policy of maintaining back up stuff for when someone calls in sick at the last minute before their shift starts. So if your caregiver gets sick, the shift just goes uncovered. When caregivers are chronically late, More than half an hour, nothing happens. They just keep their jobs and there seems to be no consequence whatsoever. We have also had problems with theft From my dad’s bank account. We were able to identify the thief through one of the purchases they made with my dad’s account so we know for sure that it was one of My dad’s caregivers. Worst place ever

This company has very incompetent management, a large turn over in staff, poor communication, owners do not respond to calls or messages in a timely manner. Owners talk down to staff. I would not recommend this company to take care of a loved one or work for this company being I witnessed how they treat the staff. Owner is very arrogant. Not a nice company.

I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we received from Senior Helpers. This company was referred to me by a close friend of mine who used them years ago, so I decided to give them a shot when I needed to find care for my mom. Perhaps they have gone downhill since that time... Honestly, I had a good impression of [name removed], the owner, when I spoke to him. He seemed like a caring and compassionate person. What he promised in the services his company provides sounded like exactly what my mom needed. He said that all the home health aides are trained, will bathe and clean my mom, feed her, help her with her PT exercises throughout the day, will do light housekeeping related to my mom, and accompany my mom to her doctor appointments. However, in execution, the home health aides that they sent my parents were NOT well-trained, were unreliable and unprofessional. My mom is currently very weak and has lost alot of her mobility due to a lengthy hospital and rehab stay. She had recently been di

When I hired Bright Star I was informed they were a first class agency. I was told all their HHAs were very well trained in all aspects of patient care I was told they were competent care givers trained in basic bedside care and were competent in the usage of a hoyer lift. None of this was true. The first aide was kind and nice but could not follow simple instructions. The second time I left him I returned to fine the aide sound asleep and my husband soaked from head to toe in his own urine! She also failed to apply the brakes on his wheelchair and left him at the top of my steep driveway. Thank God he did not move as he would have ended up in the street. I was so disappointed I can never explain it

After the aid that was working here broke some of my property and didn’t even apologize and raised your voice. I filed a request for formal complaint to the Cabot office. The only acknowledgment that I had that they even received my complaint was they didn’t send the aid back here on Friday as I directed. However nobody has acknowledged that I had a complaint. They’re just blowing me off.

Warning do not work or send your family to this company they do not care about their staff and your family thanks to [name removed] she is the worst and a bad person she will rep what you sew and they will not pay you correctly. This is my honest opinion through experience

Office staff doesn't return calls or texts regarding status of covering shifts. Requested coverage for 7 shifts, received coverage for 2. Unreliable. I would not recommend the home care to anyone seeking caregivers. The clinical home health department at Interim is Amazing, very disappointed the caregiver department is not.

Terrible communication Unable to staff the needs after stating this wouldn't be an issue Had no processes in place to correct the issue of shifts being voluntary based or mechanisms to ensure that care givers were not working days and nights so the caregivers themselves could be set up for success to not fall asleep. Leadership then Used my customer feedback around processes that should be in place and stated he had never thought of this and could see why it would be needed No sincerity around apologizing and making it right Owner stated if a shift couldn't be covered, he would come himself. One Saturday where there was no coverage, owner stated he would be here and then no one showed up.

As a nurse, I notice more things in regards to care for my husband and myself. [name removed] agency gives holistic care with friendly caring staff. If someone calls off, [name removed] is known to jump in and do the shift herself verses us not having care. She monitors her workers and the clients she serves with close contact to assure good care is being given.

I hired this service for my mother a disabled type 1 diabetic, once her care moved beyond companion care/personal care things went downhill fast. I only regret I didn't pull the plug on them earlier. Over the last several months we had a caregiver sleeping on the job who did not respond to my mother's calls for assistance, two caregivers quit the service with little to no notice due to toxic administration and lack of support in the field, administration directed a caregiver to "put my mom to bed" and leave her unattended for approx. 4 hours due to lack of staffing (at the last minute we, the client found a way to cover so my mother was not left alone), there is no nursing oversight in the field to ensure doctors orders are followed. My concerns regarding my mother’s care or lack thereof were either ignored or blown off and I only heard from the owner AFTER my mother had a fall on their watch & I discharged services. There are better run services out there.

First care provider to come by stole from us. Apparently she was on probation. Do your own background check. Lock your stuff up. Install cameras. This was not what we were after and are now much more aware but discouraged

The caregiver was very good when she showed up but she missed a lot of shifts and then completely quit coming without telling us. The agency never contacted me one time during the 4 months we hired them. I had to call them and they did nothing to keep us informed or provide enough care. No one ever let us know whether the caregiver was coming or not.

Not satisfied with administrator or office staff. Owner is crazy as a jackalope. I finally received an English speaking aide that didn't require a phone translator program. She was very good. My one nurse I had I would rate a 5. They sent my aide to other clients during my time slot. Sometimes they asked me, but mostly the office didn't let me know, and I was left sitting here without a shower, no help with laundry and food. There were differences in the invoiced amount and the actual amount billed.
