So far it has been a pretty pleasant experience with this home care agency. The care givers they have sent out have been good. My parents enjoy the second one they sent out, she is working out well. The owner was kind and helpful. A place for mom was great with all the help they have provided. It is still a work in progress.

They have been mostly reliable. There were a few issues with the person coming out being late to get here. They were helpful, and I would probably recommend them to others. I did have to discontinue the service as it was very costly.

Main location too far to feel comfortable with engaging for daily home health care services in Manhattan.

The caregiver that was sent out was unable to build rapport with my wife. The staff had difficulty getting my wife to shower and I couldn't leave my wife alone with them. I really would have liked to see the caregiver try to build a better relationship with her and help out around the house.

My experience with were fair. The care giver's were kind and helpful. Their services were pretty expensive for my budget, but overall it was a pleasant experience. They helped me with cooking and cleaning. They are very good at what they do. I would recommend this home care.

My mother used services with All Help for a short time before moving in with my sister. There were a couple of hiccups with scheduling and communication from the caregivers. There was a time that the caregiver left without letting any of us know so Mom was home alone for a while which was concerning but addressed. Other than the minor mishap the staff seem to be very well trained, attentive, and empathetic. Overall, the experience was a good one.

Our experience with 24Hr Homecare has been somewhat mixed. The management staff were all very helpful and easy to work with, but the aides they sent ended up being a little hit or miss. We had a few people that we really liked, but also a few people who just seemed inexperienced. There was also a language barrier with a few of them, which made it more difficult to work with them.

We started service, and loved the service. We had an issue with a couple of the caregivers. The director and everyone is super nice. But we decided to go with another agency after that.

It has just been a superb experience working with the Right at Home Central Pinellas place. I do not have any complaints against them nor can I think of any improvements that they could make to the facility.

There have been some real challenges with them with scheduling. They may have left early on a couple of occasions. We were impressed with the man that owns the business, but we have had some caregivers that really haven't worked out.

My mother is the loved one who is receiving the care from the Home Instead Senior Care service, but she is still currently recuperating. Overall the experience with the caregivers and the service has been alright

They have tried their best to fulfill our needs, so that is good. I guess the only other thing would be that we have been a little disappointed here and there with some changes, but overall it is not too bad.

The experience that I had with the staff for the GoldLeaf HomeCare was just great. Working with them professionally was really good, it is just my loved one passed away before we could use their services.

It was okay. It was a little difficult because they could not get people for me. It was kind of stressful because I needed help. I ended up having to put my Mom in an assisted living community.

We would schedule somebody and they would not show up. That happened so many times. They had some issues with staffing, so that knocked them way down. When they were there we liked the care, but there were too many times they did not show up. I think they had some unusual circumstances though, somethings they didn't plan on, but it did leave us in the dark.

The initial experience was very helpful. Recently they have had staffing issues and multiple broken promises.

With Senior Helpers we've had some really good caregivers and some really bad ones. The biggest problem is they send some people with no experience. The say all the caregivers are trained specifically for dementia care and that is not true - they watch a video - I don't call that training. There are some that have never worked as a caregiver that show up. Some have also just been lazy and irresponsible. Two caregivers have actually left mom alone, left before their shift was over and locked mom in the house. I would have not known if not for the nanny cam. They have had several they have sent that are just priceless though. But I think they get paid so little that the good ones end up quitting.

The lady they sent to my home slept a lot and she played with her phone all day. My Mom had to keep waking her up. When we complained to Comfort Keepers, they sent someone out to talk to my Mom, but she didn't want to get the young lady in trouble. The local office was not very well equipped. There were not many employees and the administrative structure was not well put together. I had no problem with Comfort Keepers when I was in TN, it was just this specific location.

When I needed them to come in on a short notice, they were very accommodating. I was always able to get a hold of someone at the office, and they were quick to get back in touch with me. Overall it was a very positive experience with Senior Helpers of Portland.
