I Like it having a person come in and help me with errands ,Doctor appointment, House chores. Its my First time to have someone from agency to help me with My daily chores. Good experience and I want to continue the good relation with My caregiver and agency.

[Name removed] called me and left email message. I haven’t had a chance to review yet, but will this weekend.

Due to mom's anxiety issues, she would not be comfortable without 24/7 assistance when needed. They do offer temporary services for interim period.

The process was quick, and the people were really nice. My only issue is that we had a girl come out, and she was nice and friendly of course, but I had asked her to be sure to make lunch for my loved one. I had even set out enough for her to make herself something as well, but she never made the lunch. She told me that my loved one didn't want to eat. This upset me because I had asked her to do this, and she didn't take care of it at all.

We stop using this agency services because my mom got better. However, during the time we were using them mom didn't care for them. The agency would send a different caregiver for every appointment so it was difficult for mom to establish a routine with a person. However, all the caretakers were nice very professional. From what I recall they were always on time never late and we never had to reschedule an appointment.

We were not very happy with the caretakers from this service. We had one person that came over claiming to be able to cook but then was not able to do so once we agreed to give her a try. We did like the staff and they were great and caring about what we were looking for and they tried hard to get someone who would be able to assist in the needs that were required. We would recommend this service, but they need to make sure that the care takers can do the requirements for in home care and are prepared to be interviewed by the customer and family. The care givers did not seem to be very enthusiastic about taking on the job, which did not inspire confidence.

It is going good for my dad at home but the person that was helping has not been available. He liked the caregiver. He has someone new every week. He has dementia and it makes it difficult when a new person shows up. The service has been great for my dad.

My loved one has recently used this home health care and although they could use some improvements everything went fine. The caregivers where friendly and attentive to his needs at the best of there ability. I just think there was a lot of confusion with the scheduling and who was supposed to take which shifts.

What was promised was not delivered. I was promised that my Dad would have the same four caregivers all the time so he would have a chance to get to know them. He got the same caregiver for no more than two days in a row. Some caregivers were great and others were less than great. When I called the office with questions, they seemed a bit unorganized and some messages that I left with whom ever answered the phone, never got passed on to the people that need the information. In the short time that we used this company, my Dad never received a caregiver for the day on two occasions. My Dad is 95 with very poor vision and many health problems. Also requesting certain caregivers was a problem and I was told that the company had over 70 some caregivers and this should not be a problem. All in all, was not impressed with the service or a few of the caregivers.

first provider was very inexperienced and needed lots of direction. She left early and didn't show up, or even call, at all on the third visit. It was difficult to reach [Removed]. Yesterday a new girl was sent out that was excellent. Very self directed, efficient, and experienced. We are truly hoping she will stay. Different people coming in and out of the house is disturbing to [Removed]. We are hoping for consistency.

I will continue to use Senior Helpers because of the caregiver that comes to my home. She is wonderful and helps with everything that she can. She has a premature baby that she drives a long distance to see her baby in the hospital and still comes to work every day. I am not very happy with Senior Helpers trying to make her work more when she already has so much on her hands. She is great and I will continue to use her.

Overall we are pleased with the care that we received from this in home service. The care takers that come to my parent's home and helped with a few of the responsibilities of housekeeping, bathing and preparing meals for my father. There have been some hiccups with the professionalism of caretakers but the company was quick to correct to ensure a very respectful environment for my father's needs. Not quite ready to recommend their services until more time has passed.

In the beginning we had some issues with the caregivers. Two of the main things you have to do is hook up her oxygen and give her medication. One wasn't doing it at all and the other was not consistent.The caregiver they are now sending is very good about doing those two things everyday.One of the reasons we chose this agency is They said they had a live portal where we could see instant updates. They were not accurate about how they described this feature, it is basically a schedule of which caregivers are coming to the home on certain days. Our caregiver is very good about reaching out and keeping us updated but I think the company has an overall issue with communication. I would recommend this agency to a friend but with full disclosure of the issues we've had.

We had a good interview with this home care agency. The lady who came to our home was very kind. She answered all our questions, and was very informative. It was a good experience.

My wife and I have been using this home care agency for about two months now, and so far it as been a decent experience. There are still a few winkles that we have to work out, but for the most part we are satisfied. Our care giver is very good for the most part, but there are times she can not make it due to the weather, and she lives twenty miles away. They are working to try to get another care giver that is closer to us. It still a work in progress, but you could say we are moderately satisfied.

I like the serving staff. The caretaker that came out to our home, but she did not know what to do to keep here company. She did not know what to really do when we wanted something. She was nice but was sometimes not on time. I think that they need to train caretaker to be more assistful in keep loved one company, I would recommend this service to other families for the value.

We had a decent experience with this home care agency. Everything went pretty well, but my mother did end up needing more care than they were able to provide. I have since placed her in an assisted living community, and she is getting the care she needs. Overall it was a fair experience with this home care agency.

The home care is going pretty well with the caregiver. We have a new caregiver for 8 hours and she is really wonderful and things are good. She has wonderful friendliness and is interactive. She is not too successful with hygiene but she is breaking through and encouraging my mom to do some activities. I like them and they are nice people.

It is going okay with the home care. The caregivers are mostly on time and ready. They drive my mom to her doctor appointments and to go grocery shopping. She seems comfortable with the driver. Overall it's been going okay.

Mom is having some issues adjusting to having a caregiver in her home. The transition was not easy. The caregivers are there three times a week and we have started trying to have them help more around the house. They are working with mom to try and make it work.
