It seems that they have had a lot of trouble keeping reliable people, there is no consistency with the staff that were coming. The caregivers that they send are very nice, but we had a couple of caregivers who bring their children to my mothers house because they cant find childcare. We also had some issues with scheduling and caregivers not showing up. It was not the best experience.

It's been a great experience. The owner is very much involved. Sometimes we get a cancellation at the last minute, and it can be hard to schedule. But I don't know that that's so much the company's fault. There just don't seem to be a lot of caregivers right now. And because of that, scheduling can be kind of last minute. But I understand that's due to the pandemic right now. The caregivers they have sent have been amazing. The first one we had really got along well with my loved one, and I felt comfortable leaving my loved one alone with her. She also communicated really well. Our newest caregiver has only been here with us a few times, and she seems really sweet and is kind to my loved one.

The company was ok, but expensive. We used them for a 24 hour care taker in home. The office staff was good to deal with.

I do not think the care was competent for the issues that my loved one was having. We did have some issues with scheduling, sometimes they were late or had to find someone to cover. I would recommend for individuals who maybe needed less care.

We left after the company didn't have staff show up. Senior Helpers quoted one price and ended up being another price. They were doing light cooking and cleaning, transportation, and more of the basic items to help our loved one, when they were here.

I wouldn't use her. I dealt with the owner, and for the owner of the company, I think she could have been much better than that. Her services were poor, I think because she was working too much, pushing herself too far until she became ineffective. Especially from the owner, you expect a certain quality, and it just wasn't there. She ended up being our caregiver because she couldn't find people for our schedule. She was friendly and on time, I'll give her that. She's a very nice person. But as far as her services, I expected more. Her cost is low though. She was one of the lowest in the area. If you just need someone there and don't care about the quality, she'll be there and be there on time.

I used them for a coupe of weeks for just a few days a week. The caregiver we had seemed to be good, it was more of a daycare service and my mom was fine. Our circumstances changed and we did end up needing more care than they were able to provide.

The service was inconsistent and they would cancel the last min. The care service was inconsistent and the back office people didn't do the thing they needed to. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I would tell others that there were some staff that did their job well. There were other staff that took short cuts and didn't do their job efficiently. I would recommend you pay attention to the staff to make sure it is what your contracted.

They have some staffing issues, but they really try to make things work. They are willing to work with you and your needs. Communication could be better but overall I think they do a good job. I would recommend

When they were here generally they did a good job, and some of the workers we encountered were nice and very friendly. However they did have some staffing issues, the workers weren't very consistent and we seemed to lose the people we liked working with. We only needed the services for a couple months as a trial and error and we realized we just needed it more for house cleaning, and not for actual care services. Some of the workers did a really good job cleaning.

We had two different experiences with them, with two different caregivers. One woman did an amazing job. She was incredibly caring and kind, and was always on time. She would look for something to do when my mom was occupying herself -reading, etc. This caregiver was amazing. However, the other woman was always late. She took off her mask while she was here, and then told the company that my loved one said it was okay. Which she definitely did not say. We were worried about our loved one falling, yet we were trying to encourage her mobility by going on walks. One evening my loved one was ready to go on her walk, and the caregiver said "You go ahead. My hip is hurting me." This woman left early one night and said my loved one had sent her home because she wanted to go to bed early. When I addressed these issues with the agency, they said she had been a good caregiver for them, and they had talked to her and found no issue. I told them we shouldn't have to pay for the time she wasn't there when she left early, and they said it was at the direction of my loved one. So they charged me as if she had stayed the whole time, which I thought was ridiculous. I was really disappointed in their response. The first caregiver was wonderful, and had that been my only experience, I would have told you they were the greatest. After the second experience, I would say the exact opposite. I would say they were the worst.

If we could make any changes it would be with the consistency of the workers. Some of the workers they would send over for our loved one were more attentive than some of the other workers they would send over.

The managers were great, if I ever had a question they were prompt at responding back to me. But the caregivers on the other hand, we did not have a good experience with them. Sometimes they were no shows. Some days I had to be there with my mom and I would have to ask them to help out and do things because she liked to sit on the couch on her phone. We had another lady that left my mom unattended for half an hour and was going in and out of the house. With caregivers it is hit or miss, so you just have to find the right one.

We have not had good experience with the care takers, there have been times where they have walked out and left my husband and I here alone before. I would probably not recommend them at this point.

Some of the care givers are very good at what they do and with their care and some are not, so it is very hit or miss.

You have to specifically tell them what needs to be done. they do not take initiative to do anything other than the bare min. They did work with me about the hours. I would not recommend this service.

An okay experience, they are not licensed by NYS department of Health though and I wish I had known that before hiring them. Overall, the caregivers have been nice, some are late though for shifts.

Most of the care givers are wonderful, but the staffing department is not. Several times, we have not been kept informed if someone will be late, someone different will be here, etc. We need someone with specific skills, but some of the care givers they send don’t have those skills.

I Like it having a person come in and help me with errands ,Doctor appointment, House chores. Its my First time to have someone from agency to help me with My daily chores. Good experience and I want to continue the good relation with My caregiver and agency.
