Dawn has been very friendly, concerned and great to work with. She set my dad up with 3 twelve hour shifts during the night for my 98 year old dad. However the lady has had some weeks where she has other plans and my son and his wife take an additional night. I am preparing to make some changes but haven't talked to Dawn. I have another lady there that I plan on letting go--she is there on her own, not through an agency but have now realized she has been leaving early, changing some hours and leaving dad alone part of the time when she's been paid to be there. She previously worked for a senior care company and needs to hire on with someone again as I live out of town. The lady we have, Linda, seems to be very knowledgable in caring for the elderly and very patient. I haven'met her since Ilive 310 miles away and she's only there atnight and not on the weekends when I come to visit.

Cancel too often, need consistent schedule with the SAME girl, except for Tuesday which is longer hours.

We requested to have a care giver come in twice a week for 4 hours each day. Although the individual care givers have been fine, we've had 7 different caregivers and 2-3 cancellations through the first 10 weeks. My mother suffers dementia, and some of the caregivers appear inexperienced in dealing with this. Separately, I have had to call/email for copies of biweekly invoices.

Be clear about what you expect. The seniors term is not what it sounds like. My MIL had a 30-something helping out and they had nothing in common. But others may have different experiences. I will say, the wife was very helpful in matching caregivers based on what they had. Husband was slow for supplying receipts, but we got it done.

Visiting angles were friendly but lazy. They would rather get on their phones and scroll than clean a kitchen floor a toilet or a shower. Rarely offered to fix a lunch. Home instead had this job over a year ago they were much better always kept busy.

I had a procedure done and care giver was sleep the whole shift. And have had ones sitting on there phone the whole shift.

There was some turnover mostly resulting from my grandmothers need for a very specific fit. I appreciated the willingness of the company to work with us and help with everything that was needed to support training for new caregivers. The caregivers were compassionate and usually did not miss a shift. They were reliable.

This agency is no different from the others. They send inexperienced people, they expect you to teach them. It ends up you have a revolving door of caregivers.

They did what they were hired to do. They took care of my husband. I was told they would do little extras. That didn’t happen. But what was most important they did.

Sitter was pleasant and I felt secure leaving my husband with her. Unfortunately he was hospitalized shortly afterwards and we did not require Honeywell’s services again. I called their office to request a refund of my deposit but they have not responded.

They came out right away. I had issues with changes and any consistency with caregivers. Changes at last minute were a problem. I don't feel the caregivers were prepared for the needs of my husband. Nice people but confusing on who to notify for schedule.

I’m not sure how helpful the provider has been for my parents. When talking with my mom, she says she basically just sits on her phone most of the time. I know my mom isn’t very forthcoming or one to tell people what to do so it may just be that there needs to be a clearly defined set of expectations that need to be put into place.

The people that i have delta with are very polite and respectful. The only complaints I have is the worker singed to us wouldn't show up on time or at all and they dont stay the whole time there suppose to but they did fix the problem.

Trying to get a caregiver in the evening or on weekends is a joke.. it will be several hours before you will get a call back and they will say they could not find anyone. Invoking a minimum of 8 hours a week. This implies you are in it for the money instead of helping the sick elderly people. Stupid rule of I get charged if my regular caregiver calls in sick and I don't want any one else. That is ridiculous ! you just want our money that we have sacrificed to get all these years. So ,no I cannot give you a good recommendation.

What was frustrating is that you couldn’t get just one person to do in home care. Makes it frustrating to feel comfortable with to many caregivers. The cost is way too much for what the people do in your home, especially when it was cash and not insurance. Also the constant calling wanting money even before you received the bill or had mailed out the payment. Also you have no trust in your workers because you had to keep track of them all day long. Explaining to your employees how to handle your clients that have different problems. I worked in the home care business for the county and we were well informed on what to do and how to treat the needs of different clientele. ALSO you didn’t take enough time to really get organized.

I can't blame it all on Senior Helpers as my idea of help is totally different. I should have described my needs more clearly than saying I needed someone who would do the things I no longer can do. I being self sufficient I have done all my tasks myself in my home & yard..some heavy duty type tasks that perhaps a man might perform for his wife. I've been single many years & did these things myself example pressure washing, hanging drapes, cleaning out garages, yard work, etc etc. Don't need someone who hardly could bend down even to do a simple task! I actually didn't find out SH task description til I signed up.

I was very disappointed and about to cancel this service, until finally the fifth person they sent was everything they promised! She actually worked for the entire shift and made a difference!she even cooked ! The other 4 were more of a burden than a help. They were not trained to do any of the things this company promised. They sat for more than half of the shift and watched TV or played on their phones.Unfortunately #5 is not available for the other day of the week that I need. Also, I have to pay for the service whether bad or good! Please do not send me young people who have no heart for this service and no interest in doing a good job.

We ended up not needing their services for my mom. Did interview a nice gal who was going to be her caregiver. My hesitancy in using them was that she didn’t seem as professional as I was hoping. Was not wearing anything identifying she was from Cornerstone, and for some reason that made me not as confident in the agency. We had friends who ended up helping my mom until I was able to be there to assist her.

Most caregivers have been good, I can count on one hand the ones who are experienced and great. Would appreciate more consistency and communication amongst them regarding his care needs. For the most part it has been working well and we will continue for now.

At first great- all caregivers excellent and no issues. Then management was rearranged. I was over charged for 10 hrs and have yet to receive refund. Then had some problems getting caregivers- might be can issue with lack of staff-still I can recommend them- just watch charges carefully.
