We had three different people come in, and the last person that came in was a godsend. The people before were not necessarily proactive, they needed a lot of direction. They were reliable, they always showed up, there was no problem there.

Our experience with Homewatch Caregivers has been very good. They are always ready to fulfill and satisfy our needs. The help for the most part are helpful and caring. Our present steady caregiver is particularly outstanding and exemplary!

So far they have been pretty happy with the lady they have coming in. I'm not right there, but they haven't had any issues with dependability. They get the same person all the time so there is a consistent person coming out.

Overall things went well with Right at Home's service. The caregivers they sent were always very friendly, professional, and punctual. Be aware that although they advertise being able to have someone on an hours notice, at one point I called on Friday to try to get a caregiver for Sunday and was told that it was too late.

I am happy with them, they are doing a good job. They are always on time, I never have problems with people not showing up or being late. They have been very accommodating. They are mostly consistent with the caregivers that come out we have had mostly the same couple of people.

They are doing a pretty good job. I would recommend them. Sometimes they have changed caregivers, but they have given us some notice first. That hasn't been too much of an issue. We also haven't had any problems with people being late, not showing up, or not being able to get a replacement. There really isn't anything that I think needs to be improved or done better. I am pretty happy with them.

The services of Senior helpers was excellent. They did a good job. Overall I was very satisfied.

They are doing a great job. We've mostly had the same person for a while, but she got sick and came to work that way, that isn't supposed to happen. They have sent a replacement, and we haven't had any issues with reliability. They do have an online payment system, which makes it a lot easier, along with a weekly online statement. I do think you have to ask for it though. We went with them because they were very responsive when we first inquired.

Everyone they've sent has been very friendly, but it hasn't been a good match for what Mom needs and wants. She is just barely on the edge of needing assistance at all, and mostly just wanted a bit of help cleaning up and someone to cook for her. Senior Helpers has seemed more care oriented, and she says nobody has really been able to cook.

So far our experience with Senior Helpers has been a good one! The aide they chose for Mom has been a great fit, and Mom has shown a lot of improvement since we started with the service.

We have been satisfied with IncrediCare. The caregiver we have has been good. We haven't come across any issues that anyone would need to look out for.

We've had a good experience with Home Instead so far. They've been able to take care of all of the care needs we required, and the caregivers have been reliable and professional.

Things have worked out very well with Right at Home! The caregivers they sent were friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable with them. They have been prompt and reliable, and able to provide the care that we needed them for!

Met with the owner and Director of Nursing. Very well informed, offered great options for scheduling. Next steps are to provide times for someone to come in and have the companions meet mom.

They are a home care provider, sending caregivers into the home. The staff is really very good. The overall value of their service is very high - I gave them a five. The care services are okay. The activities are on the same level as the care services.

I think they do, for the most part, a good job. The one person, Gail, is excellent. The other one is younger and has some things to learn, but she comes regularly and valiantly does her best. Gail – I could recommend her heartily to anyone.

I think the management is excellent, but I’m not too clear the caregivers were. The management kept me up to date. If there were problems they don’t give up, they try to work with people to help get things resolved.

Overall we were pretty pleased with this service. I thought their administrative staff did a great job. It was always easy to get a hold of them, they were very flexible when it came to scheduling changes, and they were always responsive and helpful with any billing issues. The caregivers themselves were also very friendly, and performed all the care services we needed.

We've had a good experience overall with Homewatch CareGivers! For the most part the aides that they've sent have been compassionate, patient, and professional. They've always been reliable and on-time in terms of scheduling, as well. We only ever had an issue with one particular caregiver whose personality didn't mesh well with my loved one's, and it was no trouble at all when we simply requested that caregiver not be included in our rotation.
