I'd say overall things have gone well with Homewatch CareGivers. There have been one or two incidents where my loved one hasn't been happy with the service, or that I think they could have handled better, but for the most part she has been satisfied with the care that they provide.

Since starting services with Senior Helpers things have been great. They definitely found the perfect match for my Dad and we feel very blessed to have Wayne as a caregiver. He truly does a great job and has made this an easy adjustment for my Dad to get used to. There's been a couple bumps in the road but Kelli (the owner) is very responsive and addresses any issues right away. All in all we are very happy and this has really given my dad an opportunity to stay home longer. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall our experience with Right at Home has been a good one. We had to go through a few aides before we found a good match, but the Right at Home service was very accommodating and worked with us until we found an aide that really clicked.

Using this sort of service is new to us, and it has taken some getting used to, but overall I think Home Helpers has done a very good job. The aides we've worked with have been friendly and helpful, and very reliable in terms of scheduling.

We got off to a rough start at first, but hoping things will improve from here. Staff seems intent on following through which is promising.

They have had some personnel changes, so there has been a little miscommunication on some of that, so they could improve and do a little bit better there. Overall, they have been pretty good to us though.

We just have to speak with them to try and get the day of the week correct more refined. So far everything has just been wonderful. We are really enjoying the experience and the people they have sent us. We are very happy with them.

This agencies primary goal for my mom is serving as a driver. So far its been working out well. If we need more than that in the future we may utilize their services we may not. I'm still trying to decide.

It's been a really good experience. Every caregiver has been really nice but we have had some "issues". They are not expected to cook or clean but they are very accommodating. However, it still remains to be seen whether or not this agency will work out in the long run.

All three care givers are really good. One had an accent and we'd asked that none had an accent because my grandmother can't understand, but we got one anyway. The ladies were very caring, kind and competent. We love one so much, we want to adopt her!

I haven't been to visit my cousin in a couple of months but I haven't heard any complaints. He had a couple of ladies that didn't work out but other than that things have been great! I would definitely recommend them.

My mother-in-law is at a point to where she is no longer in need of home care but using Senior Helpers was good while it lasted. The people we worked with were kind and did their very best to do a good job. We did have an issue where the caregiver was claiming time that she did not work. That issue was cleared up and everything was smooth sailing until the end. All in all it was a good experience.

Two years ago we began a journey with our mother. Her decline as been slow and the basic changes we helped her make were simple and productive until recently. We contact A place for Mom. The response was immediate. As we support our mother through this journey we are thankful for the support offered to us. Our choice of home care and the Synergy company has so far been just what we need at this time and Mom herself is so very happy with the program.

My mom has been feeling pretty good with the people coming in and helping her out and the service provided.

IncrediCare has been great. Any time there's an issue they have been quick to rectify the problem and I really appreciate that. I would recommend them to a friend. We are pleased with the services they provide and appreciate their diligence to do a good job.

We've had somewhat of a mixed experience with Allegiance Home Care. I think the service is good overall, and they're able to respond quickly and get someone sent out very quickly when you contact them. They also responded very quickly when I had a billing issue to get that corrected. We did end up having an issue with one of the caregivers, and I think their communication skills could stand to be improved, they are a little informal. But overall I would recommend the service.

Although we have had a hard time as a family since my Dad doesn't want services they have been great. They do everything we ask them to do and the caregiver is very friendly! I appreciate the services they provide.

I used this agency and have had a couple different caregivers. Jarlilla is terrific! The other caregiver which I can't remember her name is definitely not of the same caliber. My rating is strictly based on what they do for me. I don't require too much assistance at this time so they help with light housekeeping and I'm happy with the service they provide.

I was referred to Distinctive Home Care Inc. by a Place for Mom. We were looking for home care for Mom and to be able to administrator meds through a picc line until May 26. DHC Rep, Chante, came to the home to do an assessment and obtain information on my Mom and what was needed. She was very professional and l liked what they offered. The LPN that was sent had to be shown how to administer a picc line but it worked out and she worked well with my Mother. The scheduler, Jasmine, also is very professional. We went from a LPN service to CNA. Overall, we have been happy with the service but make sure you watch your bill and make sure there are no mistakes. The bill had hours at the wrong rate and a day we didn't have service. I've actually referred other clients to DHC and a potential worker.

We're happy with the care that we have been receiving. I would recommend the Homewatch CareGivers to anyone that needs care givers to go to your home to care for you loved one. The care givers that they send are very friendly and nice. The value is pretty good and they do a good job at taking care of my loved one. I can't rate the cleanliness or the activities because it is not applicable. It has been a good experience.
