It's working out pretty well so far. We are happy with them. I would give them a four out of five.

They were great. Janice was wonderful. I thought they did a good job. We were pretty happy with them.

Our experience with this home care agency was a great one we were very happy with their services. My mother was happy to be back home and we knew she was going to need some help while she was there. The caregivers was helping her out with cooking and cleaning as well as helping with dressing and bathing her self. They did a great job with everything we were very satisfied with everything. I have already recommend it to my cousin and he has been using them for weeks and he is very pleased also.

They have done a good job. We have been satisfied with them so far.

The caregivers with this company are very nice, professional and efficient. The administrative staff helped us find someone that was suitable for what we needed. It was a smooth transition and I think they did a good job.

We've recently started using Companions Plus for a home health aide for my husband who has Parkinson's. They have been very thorough in assessing my husband's personality and needs. They found an aide for us who is working out very nicely. She is a gift, knowing exactly how to work with my husband and diffuse any difficulties. When our daytime aide from another agency went on vacation and that agency couldn't help us for the entire week, Companion Plus was able to find someone for us. When the aide came, she had been misinformed as to how much care my husband needed. Companion Plus sent the nurse to us to work with the aide, going over the care plan & answering any questions she had.

Things are working out well since my parents have moved back home and started home care with Senior Helpers of the Villages. They are adjusting to having the caregivers come to their home. I would definitely recommend this agency to others.

I am very pleased with Synergy Homecare of Metro Atlanta since starting their home care. The caregiver is a very pleasant young woman, she is very business like and accomodating. Speaking with anyone at Synergy has been very pleasant. Things are going great.

Everything is going fine with Home Instead Home Care. They only come one afternoon once a week and they have been good. We did have some issues with the agency sending people over to my father's home with out us knowing at first and we did talk to the agency about this and they did address it. The CNA that comes now is very clean very nice my father seem's okay with her. I can't say we would recommend this agency because we have our issues and found a private CNA close to my father house to help out more.

The Companions came in and helped out with my mother for a little bit even though my mother felt she didn't need the help so we did have to end up canceling the services with them. The companion that did come in and help with her was very nice, she would do some house work like laundry as well as sit and talk with my mother while she picked at her brain. I would recommend this service to my friends and family. Everybody that I spoke with a the agency was very pleasant even when I called to cancel the service they were still very nice about it. If ever in the service again I would go back to Companions Plus.

We love the guys who run this place. We love that there's not a 3 hour minimum. Sadly, they seem to have trouble with staffing. My mom's first caregiver was great...he engaged her in conversation, cleaned house, and checked her meds. Unfortunately, just as she got used to him, he quit. So she's had two other people since then---neither that she likes as much and neither that can get her engaged like the first.

The ladies at Senior Helpers who have come to help take care of my mother have been life savers! With their care it's possible for mom to be at home instead of in a Nursing home. The ladies have provided care not only for the soul but also for safety purposes. My family thanks this service and the care they provide daily!

Things were actually going okay with Synergy Home Care. We are not using them currently because my husband ended up being back in the hospital.

So far, the caregivers that have been sent out have been pretty reliable. They did not having a problem helping out and doing what was needed. The company does seem a little short on help at times, but the staff is very nice.

We hired Senior Helpers to provide supplemental care to my in-laws residing in an assisted living facility. We needed extra care during their highest times of need to bridge the gap of a very high resident to caregiver ratio in their current home. Stacey works very hard to insure her caregivers are the best fit, both with those needing the care and their care location. She goes the extra mile to make certain personalities blend well and everyone feels comfortable. She does her best to keep the caregivers consistent, so there's not someone different each shift. It allows friendships and relationships to develop. My in-laws are very happy.
