Our experiences with this home care agency was good. I was pleased with the services they provided my mother with. They were good with all the help they provided,we were pleased. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

The caregivers were on time and took great care of my dad. We used this service for 3 days for respite care. We did have a small issue of one of the ladies not knowing certain things after I showed her. She said she did not know how to work the dryer and did not know where certain things were. They were able to have someone stay with my dad overnight.

The aides are excellent ..hard to say great as it is so sad to watch my husband's situation. Second family worked hard to find the best aides for him and did a ver good job. Appropriate, timely, consistent, responsible, good observers and initiators. Hard work good workers.

The gals did a super job taking care of my mom. Their cleaning standards were not equal to mine, but that was entirely secondary. I was happy with the service, and have already recommended Synergy to several friends.

Care Works gives excellent in home care for me. She helps me with call of my needs and is never late. I feel it is well worth the having someone to help me with my needs. I recommend it to others for in home good care.

Synergy HomeCare was a great option for me. Things are going very well with their help. They help me with many things around the house. They offer assistance with house work and cooking. Their help has been very beneficial for me.

It was an okay experience with this agency. I was charged for 4 hours when I used them for 3 hours. I was not told of minimum hour care. The caregiver provided companionship and just sat around with my husband and read some stuff to him. He was not hungry so she did not need to make him lunch. I think the price was too much for the hours.

Kept wife active during the day, got along well with family. Could improve screening for caregivers, first person they sent didn't work out well.

Our experiences with this home care went well. They did a good job with coming and helping my wife and I. The care givers were very kind and professional. They would help with cleaning, cooking, and some personal care for my wife. We enjoyed their company. My wife ended up needing more care then they were able to provide, but it was a pleasant experience.

Things are working out quite well with Griswold Special Care. The live in caregivers are nice. They help with lite housekeeping and cooking. They also help my Father in law with his personal needs. The administrative staff were very friendly and explained what the process was for setting up care.

Iam very happy with the sevices that your company offers. They are willing to do any think that is in your guide book.
