I was very happy with the services that we received from this home care service. We found that the caretakers were able to assist with all the daily needs and personal needs. The caretakers were always on time and very friendly. I have recommended this service to other families who needs in-home care for a loved one.

The customer service and administration has been excellent and they are very helpful. If I called, there is always a person picking up the phone within just 1 or 2 phone rings. Email communication is always responded. So, making arrangement for my parents remotely is as easy as possible. Caretaker staff are good and professional; they know what they are doing. Some are better and puncture than the others. Overall I have had no real problems with anything.

I didnt get back to you before because they just found an aide for my husband. It took a while because I had a more specific request. He's been at my house twice and it seems to be working out! I was really feeling desperate! Keep your fingers crossed! Happy Holidays! We are starting with 4 hrs. 2x a week. Its a little more expensive than some of the other places.

They made setting up the service easy and explained everything. This service unfortunately, was not the correct fit for us at this time. They sent out numerous caregivers and we were hoping to have the same ones daily. I would recommend this home care agency.

My mom had assistance from Kindred at Home for awhile. She told me it went good and had do complaints. The caregiver did her job right. At the time I was helping my mom and called a bunch of agencies. When we spoke I liked the response they gave me. It was all good from what she says.

The care has been working out well for my mother-in-law. The caregiver does all that she is supposed to do. The caregiver learned what was needed and then did very well from then on. They help her get around and one other caregiver takes her to church. I would recommend them to anybody. We have been helpful with the agency.

I recently canceled services with this home care agency, because we no longer had a need for the help. It was a good experience for the most part. The women care giver we had been great, but my only issue with her was that she spent a lot of time on her phone. Other that that issue I really did like her, and she was very helpful and sweet. She was really good with mother, and my mom enjoyed her company. I really felt comfortable leaving her in her hands. I probably would use this home care agency, but I will make sure the phone issue is under control first.

At first we had a problem that the people that they sent where not able to handle my uncle. However, they were good people. The staff did get right on it and the staff that we have now has been doing a great job with him and we are very pleased.

We have been using this service for a couple of weeks and they are working with us to get a more permanent caregiver. They made setting up the service easy and the manager is very good. I wish they had a broader range of caregivers.

These people were good and they were helpful. My mom just did not feel comfortable with someone taking care of her in her house. Mom also wanted to be able to be well to see other communities to be able to live in.

My father unfortunately never had the chance to start services with this home care agency. We did have to move him into a memory care community. Even though we didn't start services with this home agency, but everything leading up to start date was great. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful.

I am very happy with the service 24 Hr HomeCare has provided my mother. The caregivers where always attentive to her needs and made sure they where on time for every appointment we had scheduled. I have no complaints and would recommend there services to anyone .

I was happy with the care from this service . The care taker that came to our home was reliable and caring . She helped with the meals for my mom and made sure that she was comfortable . She enjoyed playing games with my mom . At night she would attend to her need for bed time each night . I would recommend the services here that are provided and from the caretaker that we had in our home to other families .

I have been able to talk to the staff here and I am about to have someone come out. I am a little on edge still since I had a bad experience with the last people. They have been really nice about helping me feel more at ease about this.
