I am happy with this in-home caretaker service. This service is nice and they help with finding someone to fit your needs. The caretakers have not always shown up on time. They do not always do what is needed for care, I have not been getting the service that we have the need for the assistance with my mom. I would recommend this service, but not some the care takers.

It's about a four because I can't set a set schedule. I have to give them 48 hours notice and they don't consider the weekend to be part of those 48 hours. The caregiver they sent was very good and I would recommend them.

The people here were very nice and very accommodating. Things were good and they did offer the services that I needed. I just felt that the staff at another place was more my speed and for me. Everything was good though.

The performance of the staff has been wonderful. I am very pleased with this set of people. They arrive on time and are able to complete the tasks as we need them to. We did have one caregiver that did not work out, but after that we have had the best.

Unfortunately we are no longer receiving services from this home care agency, but it was a good experience. My father at the moment feels he doesn't need the help. They were great to work with, and they were very patient. The care giver was good at helping at with the cooking, cleaning, and his personal care. It is a home care agency I would recommend. I would use them again.

Everything went very well for my wife, and I went this home care agency. They were very easy to work with. The care giver we had was great. She was always on time, and very willing to help. She helped with cooking, cleaning, and personal care. The experience was a very good one, and I would recommend this home care agency.

All is well for my father since he started to receive home care services from this agency. So far I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The care giver mainly helps with meals. My father enjoys her cooking, and everything is working our well for us with this agency. I would recommend it.

These people here are very nice. It seemed like a really good place to live. The people talked to us about the community. The residents were out and doing things. We liked that. This just was not the place for my sister.

The staff has been working really good with my mom. They have been showing up on time and getting everything done that we ask. I have also now increased the times they come to help since it's going so well.

We are happy with the caregivers from Home Helpers of Tampa Bay. There is always room for improvement, but so far things are going well.

My parents are doing pretty well since they started to receive services from this home care agency. I'am satisfied with all the help they have provided my parents with. They are mainly there to supervise, and help out if needed. Overall it has been a good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency.

The caregivers from Steadfast are great. They are on time and do light housekeeping. We have not had any problems with any of them. [Removed], the owner, is very nice and was very helpful in the process.

We like the second caregiver that came out to the house as the first one did not show up. The current caregiver has a few years of experience and my parents like her. The administration was good when it came to setting up the service. I would recommend this service.

The caregivers from Gome Instead Senior care did a pretty good job, but there was some concern. While in their care, my mother declined quickly. One day I came home early and they could not get her out of the bathroom. It scared me a little to put her in someone else's care, but I have never been in their shoes so I do not know if they were supposed to know to inform me that she was not doing so well.

It is always the same steady caregiver that has been helping my mother for a while. She is always on time and helps my mother with things like meals, light housekeeping, and taking her to appointments. She also takes my mother on walks in her wheelchair which she really enjoys.

My mother loved the girl she got the second time, and when she tried to get her back and the lady was on vacation. The lady while she was there, was very nice and did everything my mother needed and asked for her to do.

My brother has a mental ailment with early dementia and they work more with geriatric patients. He was not doing the best with the caregivers and it was not the best fit. For my brother we needed a consistent caregiver. I don't fault them it was a service they don't provide and they tried their best and they were pretty good, the manager was prompt at times. Toward the end I felt they were not as open about sending caregivers to help so I just ended the assistance with them and now searching for the appropriate help.

We liked this home care service very much. The caregiver was good at helping around the house, being a companion and getting my loved one ready to go out. They made setting up the service easy as they are flexible and accommodating. I would use this service again.
