Senior Helpers is a great resource for helping my parents handle the upkeep of the house and being a companion for my mother who suffers from Dementia.

What we felt was that for the first day or two, the person was very good, but it seemed like as the days went on the care just dropped quickly. The attention and the interest for my loved one was not there.

I hired Senior Helpers to help out with my wife. So far it's been a really good experience. My wife loves her caregiver and enjoys her company. We did not find it necessary to have assistance with cooking and cleaning although the caregiver has offered which I appreciate. John (the owner) has even called to follow up and make sure all is well. All in all it's been a great experience!

I'm not there all the time to see the interaction between the agency and my Dad but from what I've seen so far i am very pleased. The agency definitely found the perfect caregiver for my Dad and she is really good and what she does. I am pleased overall and would recommend them if needed.

Our experience with Senior Helpers has been a good one, overall. Our loved one is going through a very difficult time, and the people at Senior Helpers are really doing their best to be reliable and accommodating. The director of the branch in our area is very hands on, and he personally gets involved if there are any issues to resolve them quickly.

Overall my mother received great services with 24Hr Homecare.

The current aide we have, Lindsey is excellent. She truly cares about Debbie and spends much time with her reading and having my wife read to her, plus encouraging her to use coloring mediums. She never complains about the light housekeeping duties I ask her help with. Jamie was also a very good aide. My experience with other aides has been very poor. They have no interest in my wife and would rather sit and watch TV with her the whole time they are here.

It's been a few weeks since starting services with Eveready and things are going great. It was easier than i thought to get started and thanks to A Place For Mom for helping me in a crunch! The caregiver is calm and compassionate and follows direction well. She doesn't force anything on my Mom and gets things done promptly. There's been good days and bad days for my Mom but overall it's been a good experience.

Home Instead Senior Care is going very well. I am happy with them. Denitia does a good job. I see no issues with them. I am happy with the care that is being received.

I think IncrediCare does a good job overall. The people I spoke with were friendly and professional. We didn't end up finding a caregiver who could work well with my loved one, but I don't think that was the fault of any of the people at IncrediCare.

The service set up was fast and simple. Our primary care givers are outstanding. The quality of skills is not consistent across the team of other available care givers. Skills vary greatly among the substitute individuals. The price adds up quickly. It is more than twice what assisted living would be but my parents want to stay in their home. Medicare does not cover this service, so it is expensive. All costs are out of pocket.

A little rocky start, but I think we have things nailed down now. Everyone is very nice and helpful, in spite of some communication issues. So far so good

Invoice discounts need to be stated clearly. Company handles each client with compassion and integrity. I am very excited about my birthday present. The caregivers are amazing angels.

2nd Family is not a live-in-community - it is a home caregiver agency. Most of its staff are bright and dedicated. They provide care for my wife who has F.T. Dementia.

Everything is going fine with Senior Helpers. The workers who have come so far have been very professional and helpful. So far, my husband and I do not have any complaints.

Steve was very helpful in obtaining home care for my Mother-in-law. She has a fairly rapidly developing dementia but yet is able to stay at home for the moment. He has been flexible with the "chores" the helper provides and calls us whenever she acts out. I would recommend the service

They were pretty good. They were reliable, and the billing was fine, no issues with that. It took quite a bit of time to find the right fit for us, but once they did, it worked out fine, and we were able to have the same person pretty consistently.

Overall our experience with 24 Hour Homecare was a good one. Be advised, that because of overtime laws, if you actually need 24 hour care, 7 days a week, you will have a panel of different people caring for your loved one (though the same 4-5 people every week.) Three of our four caregivers were wonderful, the fourth, however, failed to come at night when my mother called, and had to be replaced. We never did find someone for the fourth time slot my mother felt comfortable with, but I'm sure that's a difficult shift to fill. Price-wise, they are comparable to most other care agencies I contacted. The liaison we were assigned was very helpful and responsive when we requested any changes.

Our experience with Bright Star has been a good one, overall. The aides have always been on time and reliable, and they help my loved one with any tasks that she needs. We're satisfied with the service!
