We have had a very good experience with 24 Hr HomeCare. The caregivers have really been great. When I call there is always someone available to answer any questions I might have, and they are always super friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a little bit of a delay in answering e-mail, but I understand they are busy, and any time i call I am able to get what I need.

It's been fine. No complaints. Although I will save money by doing this myself with the help of family members. This has been a positive experience. The staff is nice. I would recommend the "Right at Home" agency to anyone who is in need of caregivers in the Roswell Area. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. I rate the cleanliness 4 stars. So far my experience with Home Instead Senior Care has been very good. They have been really good with adjustments. We had a lot of trouble getting things set up at first as dad was in and out of the hospital when we started our contract with them. They were very flexible and easy to work with. We have not had any struggles.

The only dislike I have is the change of caregivers. They need more consistency. They are friendly. I would recommend this place because it is a nice community. I am Impressed with there service.

They have been very reliable, in bringing in a resource to help my loved one, though they could arrive earlier in the morning. They have done a good job of working with us to find people that work well with my loved one, and then keeping them pretty consistent once we find one that works.

The Staff is very friendly, and very, very receptive. The staff is very good about attending to her needs. We have been pleased with the staff and helpfulness

Taking a while to find just the right person to help care for my mother but Senior Helpers is staying patient while we find the perfect match.

I think the staff is very caring, attentive and professional as a whole. The personal is very nice and very helpful.

Brightstar Healthcare does a really good job at providing high quality care, even on very short notice. The management team gives really good personal attention to all matters. One area where I do feel they could improve would be to have better followup on filing with insurance. Overall it has been a positive experience and I would recommend high quality care.

Things started out a little choppy at first, but since then things have really smoothed out and gone well. The first lady to come out did not seem like she wanted to be here. I gave them that feedback, and they started sending someone else out and I really like the lady they have coming out now.

They are doing a pretty good job. My only issue was one day I needed extra help, that was not pre-scheduled, and they hadn't given me a number to call, and I didn't know what to do. Since then I have gotten a number to call, so that is not an issue, but if you use them make sure you get that. We have a great caregiver, that is consistent and reliable.

The owner has been great. He has been very helpful, and has even gone out of his way to help out. He has made sure that we have two consistent caregivers. Even with needing to replace one of them, that just wasn't the best fit for our loved one's situation, we are still getting consistency. We really gelled with Michael the owner right away, and the other caregiver has been good. The other one just agitated our loved one we think. I would definitely recommend Home Helpers to others.

They have been pretty good, and they are reliable too. They are giving us a consistent caregiver. We haven't had any concerns at all, the billing is fine. They are also one of the less expensive agencies that we looked at and they have done a good job.

They are a come to the home based service. Rates are comparable. The office staff was very pleasent to deal with. The first meeting to discuss services was informative. The first home health aid has not started but dropped by to introduce herself. So far so good. Was knowledgable with programs to help pay for services since insurance wont cover care needed.

We had a good experience overall with Sara Companion Services. The moment I got in touch with them they were right on top of things, they had someone out the same day I called them. The people I worked with were sympathetic, helpful, and found someone who got along great with our loved one.

Getting a weekend caregiver for my mom was a task I didn't relish. Since I no longer live in my hometown, I knew nothing about which way to turn. A Place for Mom was the perfect source.<br />My mother's caregiver could even get her to go outside for a walk around her yard! Yea! And, now, they have found common ground. <br />Though only for a few hours on Sat. And Sun., my sister and I have that time with our own families, my mom has someone to check on her, and it's a growing relationship between the two.<br />Synergy has been the best that we all could have hoped for!
