The prices are fair, and once we settled on the care givers they were fantastic. Give Oasis a chance because the management is so great to work with. Our only "complaint" would be they are a little unorganized internal, some of the community can be improved but mainly the billing. The billing was never right and we had to constantly double and triple check. However, compared to other agency we could choose Oasis again.

When one of the staff did not work out so well they were on top of it and made sure to send out someone else to see if they would be a good fit. One of the people that were sent out even walked with my loved one and did exercises. The manager worked hard to make sure that my loved one had someone that worked well with him. he even came to my loved ones funeral and gave books to him when he was here.

They have been accommodating and easy to get to as far as scheduling and all of that. If you want something particular, what I have done is just write down a list of things to get accomplished during the day and they have all seemed to work well with that. I would recommend to others.

They were very helpful, and I would recommend them. The caregivers they sent were good. Billing and admin were good overall. There was just a delay with a refund at the end of services.

They're very good. Some caregivers are better than others, but the vast majority of them have been wonderful. There's one in particular that we really love. She was a ray of sunshine for us and made us laugh. She put together a chicken roast for us that we were going to bake that day, and she just did it for us. We like the ones like her who take the initiative and are willing to do any kind of chore. My biggest problem is I'm terrible at delegating work to others! But we've had many good caregivers, and Home Instead has been great.
