I would tell others that they are good for the remote area of Vermont and would recommend them. They stated they would be offering rides to appointments and they haven't been able to meet this, so I have had to schedule another service to assist with this.

The caregiver I have is very kind and understanding. Just being here and helping makes our lives easier. She helps with whatever she needs, like lunch or dressing, or taking her for a walk. She's very patient.

There always someone available to answer the phone and they're responsive. They always had people come out when someone wasn't available to come. I need someone who takes initiative and able to pay attention to detail. I need someone who takes initiative and able to pay attention to detail. I need someone to start off their phones when they are here and who brings experience with their job. They always were polite and responsive.

The caregiver is dependable and honest. She is loving and efficient. They try to get the schedule to work. She's good with time management and the care. She really cares.

I chose Synergy HomeCare because they were rated highly on the internet. I like that Synergy HomeCare is responsive to schedule changes. It helps me be able to get out of the house and not have to worry as much about my wife. We have a few people that are amazing, but some of the younger caregivers need to be assertive. The office staff is helpful because they get back to me quickly.

I like that they have great communication between all of us and they make it very easy to communicate with them. [Name removed] doesn't communicate with me a lot about what goes on, but I just feel like they could sometimes be more helpful with the housekeeping part of her care. They help her get out of the apartment. They take her to the grocery store. They just always make sure someone is there. If there is an aide that is sick, they take care of it. The caregivers are always here on time and there is always one here.

Very helpful for a caretaker to be given a few hours a couple times a week to rest of given time to complete errands.

The previous aids we have had with Senior Helpers have been great, and the aid we have had for a few months now is very friendly. My husband and her both get along well, but sometimes we do wish she was a little more attentive to needs, but overall we are pleased and have no complaints. We haven't had previous experience with this before but we feel like being in NY it is a good price.

They're very good, as long as they're consistent with the same person. But they are struggling with high staff turnover right now.

They always give me advanced notice when they are not able to send someone and that is very helpful and we appreciate that.

We went with Homewatch Caregivers because we were looking for companionship care and they were more focused on finding a caregiver that fit with my moms personality. Staffing is a little bit of a challenge, when her caregiver is on vacation the care is sometimes not as good from the temporary staff that fills in for them. Overall we would definitely recommend them to other families looking.

The administrative staff really worked with us and we appreciated that a lot.

It took a while to find the right fit but once we found the right person everything went great. They help with sheets laundry and everything around the house. The current worker is very good and a good match and my loved one likes her a lot.

We went with Karing and Passionate Home Care Services because of their swift response at the time, it was something we needed to get started quickly.

I would recommend them to other families. I really liked the caregivers they sent, especially [name removed]. They were all very friendly and willing to do anything I asked of them. They were on time. Getting ahold of the office was a little iffy sometimes, and not immediate. But that wasn't a huge problem overall, and really that's the only thing I would change.

They have done a very good job and have been very accommodating to the unrealistic expectations for the people for whom which they are caring for. They are doing everything they can. The management has been very proactive, very responsive and very accommodating. The care services really depend on the person coming out, but they are high caliber care givers who seeks to do their best. We would be very welcoming to them if they cared for one of our own.

I would say to call them up and see what they have available. They had a hard time sometimes getting coverage for us due to covid. They have to switch the workers around a lot also. Some of the caregivers were good and some of them I did not care for.

It is going very well. The caregivers have been extremely friendly. I only wanted 2 hours and they were able to accommodate that when other places could not. I would recommend to others looking.
