I was introduced to Structured Family Care at a time when my loved one was being considered for the Nursing Home. The Structured Family Care program gave us an option that enabled my loved one to keep a degree of freedom to do the things that are enjoyable and not being restricted. The program also allows the family to stay together because the structure is still intact, the care that is being given is coming from family that knows their likes and dislikes and their feeling of security, caring and love is not interrupted, so having a sense of well-being and trust continues.

I would recommend the company to others for their loved ones. They are professional, and friendly. The owner makes sure that things are well thought out, and is communicative. They were able to provide personal care for our loved one. The company was able to provide a caregiver for round the clock care.

Overall their communication is good, the caretaker for me [name removed] was great I have to give her high remarks. The value you is well worth it, for me I need help with basic housekeeping chores, taking our trash, running errands, washing my hair and they help with all of that.

Service is average. I've learned not to recommend anyone for services.

I think that communication and scheduling would've been the more difficult part of my arrangement. Sometimes I was unsure of who I should be talking to, who will return my call, and did they receive my message? I've been using two different agencies and sometimes I'd need to make a change, and sometimes our communication wasn't good when I'd try to make that change. I'd also have difficulties telling them I don't need this or I do need that - so it was a mutual thing. Originally I had two people that I really connected with. One got married and the other got a different job. There was a really good comfort level and great communication with them. When we had to make changes because of them leaving, I didn't seem to have the "same" type of person. The new person wasn't doing anything specifically wrong - we just didn't have the same level of compatibility. I did sense that they may have been short staffed, it was just a combination of ingredients. I'd be the first to admit that I'm probably a hard person to match, so I understand that it's a two way street. [name removed], the main person, always provided a willingness to speak with me. We just could've done better at communicating together. I had to make changes to my schedule and am no longer using their service, but I would definitely go back and try them again.

Preferred Care provided what they say they would provide for my loved one. The biggest concern we have had some scheduling conflicts due to the caregiver not showing up. They still try to send a caregiver out to assist my loved one the new caregiver may show up late. Preferred Care is doing some light housekeeping, companionship, and assistance with some errands for my loved one.

[Name Removed] was really, really nice. One of the caregivers was no good at all, and I sent a message to the company about this.

They were having a hard time finding caregivers for us. It seemed like every time somebody was supposed to come out, they would cancel last minute, an hour beforehand. When they did show up, they were friendly. And there was one caregiver that I really liked, but she never came back. I had also requested a copy of the contract I signed, and they never sent it. We live a bit further out, so if you live closer to them, you might have better luck finding a caregiver. And I would say go for it, because the people when they did show up were very nice.

This was the first time that we had ever used home care and the caregiver that they sent was very nice. She always showed up on time and did what she was supposed to do, we never had any issues whatsoever. The administrative staff that we worked with were also extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Senior Helpers to others looking for home care services.

They were on time and did whatever I asked of them. I thought scheduling and billing went smoothly. And I would recommend them to others.

These services helped me in a pinch and they did what we asked them to. I would recommend these services. Some of the caregivers were better than the others. I think that sometimes they need to screen the staff because they had some staff that smoked and that was a problem for my loved one.

We have recently moved from another state, and working with [name removed] has been a peace of mind knowing my loved one is taken care of. The company was willing to work with us on schedule and finding the right caregiver for my loved one. It has been a great experience having one consistent caregiver for my loved one. Companionship, hygiene care, nail polishing, and light meal making are some of the care they are able to provide.

the caregivers we've had experience with were great and they really care. my loved one doesn't have a lot of needs, so right now they are providing minor services like maintaining her safety/ keeping her from falling, assistance with dressing, and preparing meals sometimes. I haven't had much interaction with the office staff, but the ones who came out in the beginning were very pleasant. I would rate them a 4/5 even though I haven't had much experience with them. I feel comfortable with them coming into my home. the primary caregiver from the beginning is the same one who's there all the time. we did not have to go through multiple people in order to form that initial connection. when my primary one was out sick they made sure that a substitute came in her place. overall, I would recommend this agency to others.

The administrative staff and schedulers have been very helpful and have worked really hard to always have someone staffed when we need them. They've also been responsive and easy to get ahold of if we had an issue or a change. In that way, it has been excellent service. There were one or two times when they couldn't find someone to fill a spot, but I was made aware of that immediately. We had one or two caregivers who were indifferent at best. But most of the caregivers they sent were lovely.

My mother was not very receptive to the help and did not want someone in her house. The workers tried to do the best that they could for everything that my mother needed. The woman who came in for us was very professional and friendly and also very punctual. I would recommend these services for you or your loved one. This is a very good alternative if you would like to keep your parent at home.

We used Home Matters for a month when my wife first got home from the hospital. I found them to be attentive to her needs and generally very competent. if it were possible to give a rating of 4.7 stars I would ..

they were in the area and had the services we needed. I was introduced by the owner and the staff was helpful. they are dependable, patient, and friendly. they kept us informed of changes that come up. they are willing to help out as needed.

Senior Helpers was recommended to me by a friend who had used them and they had a good experience with them. They are pretty good with scheduling, I was having 24 hour care so that was sometimes difficult on the weekends but for the most part things were great. They had one caregiver [name removed] who is a nurse but she came by several times and was absolutely wonderful with my husband. She even came to the funeral so that was super nice of her. I would recommend their services to others looking for home care.
