They are very accessible and easy to work with. They try to meet whatever needs you have.

We used Right at Home for a couple of months and we had a wide variety of caregivers. Some of them were very good and some of them were not helpful at all. The more I worked with them to understand what we needed, the better things got. The scheduling was good, I talked with them person who sets that up quite a bit. The local director [name removed] of the office in Greenville was very nice and helpful. I would recommend their services to others.

I would tell others that we had a good experience. I would recommend Aura Home Care to others for their loved ones. They were there to assist with the care of my loved one after leaving the hospital while the family was at work. The office staff were very good at working with the family on bills, schedules, and more.

Can't hurt to look. It takes a bit to find the right caregiver that is a good fit. That takes a bit.

It depends on the person you get as a caregiver. The first person we had was really good and took good care of my loved one. After some time, she handed over to someone who worked for her, and that person wouldn't show up. So the whole service really depends on the person you get as a caregiver.

They are dependable, they get back to you right away in a timely manner. The nurses are very kind and thorough. They are a good provider for my loved one.

The only problem I had were the hours. They require you to have a minimum of 4 hours and I only needed them for 2.

Home Helpers of Fort Myers is a good company; they're very accommodating.

make sure you're working with a competent member of Sarah Grace's staff, and request that they speak English. overall they are a great care team, but because of one person my loved one was placed in the hospital.

I liked this community a lot and they are very helpful and cooperative and helpful with us. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with the needs that we have for my loved one.

i would recommend Home Instead for those in need of home health services. i'm unsure if their staffing issues are related to Covid or just the times we're in, but they seem to be struggling with retention. our regular aide is amazing, but if they aren't available then we're either out of an aide or given someone doesn't provide any care - they kind of just sit there and aren't working. i honestly feel that for what we pay for this service, they should be able to pay their employees better wages. maybe if their hourly rate increased, they might be able to retain more people who are willing to work.

They stepped in during a time of great need for me and my family. I would like to lock down the schedule and know about the changes in advance. My loved one was a little upset when things changed. Our main caregiver[ name removed] was very nice. They saw my mom through the transition of coming home from being in a facility prior to, and my mother is now doing great.

They did a great job. I was glad to have them. They were very accommodating. The people they have working for them were very devoted, professional, and friendly. We had some issues every now and then administratively, but the person in charge would clean those right up for us.

At times we did think it was too expensive, but the care taker we had for my husband was very friendly and she did help out a lot with cleaning, so that really worked out well.

Senior Helpers are dependable and listen to your needs. They try to fill in the needs you request and for the hours. They handle all the background checks for the caregivers and this is a bonus. I would recommend them if you have the money.

Complete Home Care tried to fulfill our request. They fell a little short is fulfilling the requests. The office staff could have communicated more about the patients needs and personal needs to the caregivers.

They do stay in good communication with me. We've had a couple of turnover on caregivers with people being sick and such. But they were able to replace them, and they let me know immediately. The caregivers have all been good. I let my loved one choose who he liked best, and they were able to accommodate his choice.

I have only used this service only a few times. They were very good for us. The staff in the office were great. They were prompt in dealing with me and my loved one. They were very reliable but my loved one did not like a lot of the caregivers sent.
