I would recommend, a friend to Cornerstone. We picked this service because of the people. It's in home care.

Staff have been very very friendly... and always want to keep busy with the duties.Social worker referral and advertisement over the years.. just never thought we would be using it as soon as we needed.

The only negative was when caregiver complained about there being cameras in the house to someone on the phone which I found extremely unprofessional but other than that our experience was good, staff responded quickly most times to calls and my Dad didn't have any complaints.

Great experience overall. We picked this community because it is in home service vs sending my parents somewhere. I would recommend to others.

The only issue I have is the billing processes seems a bit clunky. It's running smoother now although somehow mileage does not always make the invoice. The care giver tells me she gives it to the office but it is not on the invoice This has happened twice now.

It was suggested by A Place for Mom and they were so nice I didn't need to look elsewhere.I would recommend Senior Helpers for a good experience.They are a pleasure to work with and very accomondating at a reasonable price. I recommend Senior helpers.

Some things might not apply, like meals. No one ever prepared a meal for my father. He had several caregivers so not as consistent as desired but the agency tried. Some were not as proactive in offering to do anything, a few were. It seemed that if my Dad was not directing someone, they would have just sat around. He did like everyone so that was good. A couple were very good with being more proactive and offering to do more. My Dad was not as capable of asking for what he needed. I let my Dad take over scheduling and he's really weaned himself from their help and think it was partially his fault for not utilizing opportunities to have more help by not asking those that did not take initiative. Sorry for all the wordiness but that's my take on it. Great company to deal with, people all very nice, just some caregivers didn't recognize they needed to take a bit more of a lead in providing care and assessing needs. I would recommend the agency.

What I like the most about this home care service - Right At Home, East Memphis, is that whenever I have concerns, the agency has been quick to remediate the situation and find us a caregiver replacement.

Prompt and services as agreed on short notice. Caregiver made sure to tell us that she was doing her employer a favor, which was not helpful, but we did appreciate the response on short notice. Caregiver made Mom feel cared for and gave me a needed break. Recommendation of services was good and would use again.

It was a referral from the hospital. This was my only choice. I would recommend your service.

What our family likes the most about the Home Helpers Home Care of Southern Bergen County is the fact that the service exists and someone is able to care for my mother when I or my sister can't be there for her. We would recommend Home Helpers. They helped us out on short notice when my family was in a bind.

All except one caregiver was really awesome and attentive and professional, that would be the reason for the 4. Senior Helpers in general have been a life saver and very flexible. The cost can be tough at times.

What we like the most about the HomeWell Care Services is the dependability of the caregivers. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this home care service to other families. Caregivers were amazing! They showed a high level of compassion and were extremely patient with my mother, who had dementia.

FL was the only one in the area that had a qualified Korean speaking CG albeit she was only available for 2 months. Highly recommend FL. Great service and very responsive.

We used care services for my loved one through Cornerstone Caregiving and overall it was good. However, the texting with staff was not always satisfactory. Sometimes I received a reply and sometimes not. I finally drove out there and was able to get a different phone number for communication, which worked out much better. I would recommend Cornerstone Caregiving to family and friends.
