While Neighborly Hands is often hard to get a hold of the caregiver they sent to me us very good. He bathes and feeds my husband and keeps his bedding clean. He also does general housekeeping.

No meals involved, No activities , Value for cost is higher as there is a minimum of hours to book. Overall we love them!!! We feel blessed and lucky for the care they give. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Families and Connections Collaborative to other families.

They are an at home service. The owner is friendly and helps us find the best caregiver for our needs. The caregivers are well trained.

My mom pushed back hard against having someone come help her. We only used them one time. The first meeting with the owner was very friendly and professional. I put a deposit down and agreed to do a once a month visit. We had the first visit and the caregiver was very sweet with my mom. They just sat and visited. That wasn't the caregiver's fault. It was my mom not wanting help. I paid for the visit. I haven't used them since, thinking I would give my mom some time to adjust to the idea. It's been several months. I tried reaching out to them one time, and didn't get a return call back until weeks later. They've only been in touch that one time. They still have my deposit. My only complaint is I would've thought that they would check in regularly.

I can not say enough about the overall support services provided by 1776 Senior Care. The caregivers that worked with my father provided professional service with a personal approach, giving my dad hope and encouragement. They have a perfect team working. I can not thank them enough!

I would use the services again if needed in the future and would recommend them to family and friends. I would recommend this company, because in my opinion, they are professional to work with.

I would recommend. Expensive for what you get (very dependent on staff who come).The coordinator was excellent! However the staff were not a good fit. They did things when asked but did not take initiative to assist within the home. They were young and inexperienced, but friendly.

We used home services for my loved one through Right at Home Greenville and everything was very good. The caregivers were very good, always on time and for the most part easy to work with. I would recommend Right at Home Greenville for home care services to others. We were very satisfied with their services!

We used home care services through Comfort Keepers of Pensacola for our mother. Several of the aides did not use gloves unless reminded or requested by family. Three of the aides did not adequately clean up the bathroom/shower area. Reported to agency/aide did not return. Three of the aides were always late but had clocked in before arriving. This was also reported to the agency. Two aides always wanted a break- did not have stamina to work a four hour shift. The other aides were able to adequately perform duties.

We used Hope of Solace from [date removed] until [date removed]and have been mostly pleased with the care. My mom wasn't happy with her first aide after 2 weeks and another aide was assigned that she is extremely happy with. I have had a couple of invoice issues but the errors have been fixed almost immediately. We have extended the service several times and were happy with the ease and convenience. I would recommend Hope of Solace. The owner is very hands on and is easy to contact directly with any issues. The rates are very reasonable when compared to other agencies. Would use them again if needed. I didn't expect any agency to be perfect and overall it's been a good experience. People need to know that and recognize if there are problems they are fixed in a timely manner.

We use home care services through Gentiva Personal Care Livermore for my loved one and everything has been very good so far. It's a very convenient service and the caregivers are great. The friendliness and care services have been great and the value for cost has been good. I would recommend Gentiva Personal Care Livermore to others who are looking for home care services for themselves or their loved ones.

I actually stopped using Senior Helpers. twice the home health aide came without being scheduled and they charged me for their mistake. It is hard to say we would or would not recommend because I didn't have a problem until I did. Overall it wasn't terrible.

Home Instead - Metro Omaha are great, they have helped us so much- the gal they sent yesterday helped my mom with getting her apartment ready for Thanksgiving. We had one time where the care giver needed more help than my parents

This is a Home Care Provider, so I am only able to comments on a few of the ratings. Senior Helpers Caregivers were responsive and qualified. The owner of the company was involved to ensure the needed caregiving for my loved one was provided. I would recommend their services to others looking for Home Care for their loved ones.

Consistency of caregiver and apt times has been challenging but it has been with every company we've worked with. I would recommend Caring Hands home care service. The staff have been friendly and very helpful. They have worked hard to accommodate our needs.

There has been too much turnover with the assigned caregivers to get into a consistent rhythm with my grandmother's care. The caregivers have been unable to relate to my grandmother and, therefore, not be able to provide the best, empathetic service.

Senior Helpers of Rockland was able to arrange for care/days that work well for my loved one. We have 3 caregivers. One is much more involved and proactive than the others, but we appreciate them all. One is inexperienced, but doing the best that she can. My father is unable to provide the level of care that my mother needs. The caregivers have enormously lowered the stress in their household. My father gets some space and a respite. The agency communicates when a caregiver will be late or cannot come. They have almost always been able to find a replacement. They are responsive to my questions. It is expensive and we will eventually have to consider a long term care facility, but for now we are glad that my mother can stay at home. I can only speak about our caregivers, but I would recommend Senior Helpers of Rockland to others.

I would say that I have been so appreciative to the community. The care and help I've received in finding the right resources for my mom has relieved me the worry of her care and allowed me to spend quality precious time with my mom. It was recommended by A Place for Mom and the service is operated by a couple from her church.
