We use home care services through PA Home Life for my loved one and everything has been very good. I would recommend them to others.

Don't know the owners but my recommendation is to call out an underperforming resource earlier rather later. The first one we had was good for the first couple weeks then started missing days and always had an excuse. We were happy with the replacement. Unfortunately, these groups turn over people quickly. Perhaps a good question on the front end is "what is your staff longevity and retention rate.

I thought the Cornerstone represented Christian values when I heard the name. It didn't. But the lady that came to talk to us was very thorough and friendly and caring- so I went with them. I think her name was [name removed} (It was a while ago.)And then any time we had an issue, I could text or email and it was attended to immediately.

They were available when we asked for assistance.We had only one other choice.Except for one Aide, we loved every one that came from the service. They were respectful, kind and really did a lot to help us to manage my dad.

The ladies are very personable. They have always covered their shifts and come right on time. I like to get 4 hours for the helper, but there are no set hours for the week which works out best for me.

Overall, Homewatch CareGivers was reliable. We had a couple of miscommunication that led to missed service. Overall, the caregivers were excellent. We ended up putting my father in a memory care center near my home last June, and he passed away in October.

I was surprised to find referrals so easy to contact. I had somebody meeting with my mom the next day. Would strongly recommend.

My main concern is that not all shifts can be covered. Overall the caregivers are very friendly though. I would not recommend their services based off of our experience.

I would recommend to others because there isn't any other agency that provides what they provide, which is a minimal number of hours per week for companion care basically and light cleaning and errands. I found no other agency that would do as few as 12 hours/week.

I honestly wasn't thrilled with 24 hour. I didn't feel like they were very proactive in taking care of things like laundry, etc and just sat there most of the time. So wouldn't want to go with them again. They were always there in time and for the most part friendly. Just not proactive.

I would say it was a good experience. This is where I live and my family is here. I would recommend to others.

This is a new experience for me so I don't have a comparison to make. The staff have been friendly. Some take more initiative, like today cleaning up my kitchen without me saying anything. I think they are short staffed, but do their best to accommodate my needs and changes. Communication has been fine. I would recommend.

They were very responsive and addressed our needs quickly. I would recommend them to others.

I would say it fills a need. We chose this community because it was available and met our needs

. Based on the experience we have had with SYNERGY HomeCare we would definitely recommend and we have really appreciated the prompt response and help on an extremely short notice.

It was a temporary need. Wanted information on senior communities just Incase the situation did turn out well and also to have a picture of service and cost for the future. The only negative experience was I specifically asked for information to be sent in email. Within a few days the call and text started from multiple facilities. This was during the peak of my mom's hospital stay and I didn't have time to separate each call/text so actually didn't retain much of the information I was seeking.

The staff that was sent out, were always so pleasant and my Mom really liked them and they in return, said my Mom was really sweet. The only thing I think needs improvement is the communication between the office and your staff. I wished they were informed more on the needs if my Mom. A lot of them didn't know my Mom was suffering from short term memory loss.

Each time we have a caregiver come, i think, " this one is outstanding!" And then the next one is just as good, if not better! So that means that Calvery maintains high standards. [name removed] has been very good about communicating with me. Of course, this is costly however service wise, we couldnt ask for better.

Staff was friendly and nice. My mom was happy with the service. We will call again if needed. We would recommend to others.

[name removed] is an excellent companion for our [name removed]. We can see improvement in [name removed] verbal and emotional well being. [name removed] is now getting better nutrition and with someone reminding her to take her medications on schedule has truly helped. However, we tried some additional help on the weekends and it did not go so well. Those caregivers did not seem to initiate conversation or activity. [name removed]said all they did was sit in the couch and watch TV. Again, [name removed] is excellent. She works thru "Right at Home."
