Overall very good except one employee but the employee did not return. I would recommend to others.

They are a home health service and were perfect for the season mom needed them. Jessica, the owner is particularly helpful and flexible. Definitely recommend Platinum and their team of caregivers. Mom wasn't an easy case and they were all loving and gracious.

The provided care was great. Personal Caregivers even aided a bit to supplement normal therapy. I would recommend them to others.

They were very caring regarding our specific needs. They were willing to deal with my father's long term insurance company Genworth. Billing was slightly confusing at first, but now they have an auto pay that seems more timely and less confusing.

I would most definitely recommend the team. They were great and cared for my mom as if she was their family. If I need assistance again, they're first on my list to call.

Owners, supervisors, office personnel, etc. were always very helpful and friendly. Caregivers were friendly as well, although at the particular time that I used them they were having some turnover problems. There were quite a few different ones. A couple of times I was called and they could not accommodate for the day which I worked out but I understand being short staffed.

It was rather small and fairly equally between larger communities that would be fun to visit. I needed help with therapy. Some would help; others would not because it's not part of the care they offer.

Based off of my experience, I would recommend Always Best Care to others looking for HomeCare.

I found it was easy for me to text [name removed] and she was pretty quick to answer me. She was very cooperative when we needed to make changes to days of coverage and changes in hours. Took a couple of months to get a match that satisfied my mother. When she had a caregiver that didn't show, I was extremely impressed that [name removed] came to keep my mother company. We had requested that she not have a caregiver that was bothered by a smoker. There was one caregiver that took my mothers cigarettes away from her and told her she couldn't smoke while she was there and she had one that wanted to preach to her, which was not welcomed. [name removed] took care of those issues immediately. The 2 that she has bonded with show her a lot of patience and kindness. Don't know last names, but they are [name removed] and [name removed]. Value of money, seems to be in range with other providers

Same care giver through out the week is most important factor. On job should pay attention to the customer and avoid phone use unless absolutely necessary in case of emergency. I would recommend their services to others looking for homecare.

It's better than average but not superior. We had multiple "one time" caregivers. All very nice. Never left us without service.

Caregivers have been very courteous and punctual! They have done what has been expected. They could clean more and assist more in getting patients to exercise.

If a friend asked about my experience, it depends on their care requirements. My wife only needs companionship. An older more experienced selection would be nice. We picked this community because of the cost.

They have great communication with our family when there is going to be a change with a caregiver. They work hard at trying to find a replacement. Their staff appears to be well trained.
