The owner and office staff at this Synergy are very responsive to specific requests. The individual caregivers are variable in their abilities and work ethic, but over all they are a helpful group. Any problem individuals were easily replaced by the Synergy management.

This is a service that provides in home help. I like their process and professionalism. They did their best to provide aides for my mom who is not easy to manage with dementia and mental health issues. I think their training could be better. And they could communicate better to the customers and within their own staff when changes need to happen. Overall good service. I'd use them again.

I would tell a friend that Brightstar was great to work with. The upper management really cared about helping me find good help for my mom. The staff are professional and followed the needs of my mom. The only issue was that my mom needed a slightly higher level of care than the staff was allowed to provide. I only had 2 recommendations and the other place flat out said they couldn't help. Brightstar tried to help as much as possible and worked with me on my mom's needs and even adjusted pricing for me.
