It is a home health care aide service. We picked their services because they were the first to reach out to us. Secondly, they were not as pushy as the ones who called afterwards. Thirdly, they were less expensive as the others.

Both of the girls that have been engaged with our loved one we have appreciate and she has enjoyed her time with them. We would recommend Senior Helpers of Baltimore to other families.

Good service overall. The company is very conscientious and conducts service satisfaction surveys every quarter. I would recommend their services.

In my personal opinion and expertise, 1776 Senior Care provided not only excellent, loving care for my dad but also provided loving support for me. They put patient and family number one with an experienced, well-trained, caring, and loving staff, administration and ownership!

Scheduling has been an issue on and off lately not notified or consulted of changes timely , one no show when I was out of town. The regular care givers fabulous some subs tend to do less. The cooking skills vary by caregiver. I have to request to exercise and walk my hubby when it is noted it needs to be done daily exists more with subs

They came to sit with my dad after a hospital stay. Some people were better than others. They came through in a pinch to help so that was wonderful. It was sometimes challenging because we only needed people for overnight and then some random hours during the day

They have been very accommodating and easy to work with. They were chosen due to the availability and how quickly they were able to start services.

We use home care services for my loved one through Cornerstone Caregiving Tucson and everything has been very good. No complaints so far. I would recommend them to others.

We have some workers that are excellent that we now use on a regular basis. It's been a process of weeding out workers who work well for us. If a friend asked I would tell them to give it some time and try different workers. Don't be afraid to tell the agency if a worker is not working out for you. This community was the first to respond and we liked the nurse during the interview. She is easy to work+ with and does train her staff as more issues come up.

The care giver we have now is very nice. The one before smelled heavily of cigarette smoke so we did not ask her back. Based on the experience we have had with Senior Helpers, we would recommend their services to other families who may need them for their loved ones.

I would recommend this community to other families, but there is a difference in what care givers can do for private pay patients and Medicare. And sometimes the care givers aren't familiar with the differences

[name removed] was very informative and personable and answered questions before I knew to ask. Other places only answered what was asked. She visited many times, others didn't even get the messages out about their appts. I would tell friends no one is perfect but they were best, I was happy.

We use home care services through Qualicare Home Care of San Francisco for my mother. They are very helpful. I would recommend them to others.

We've appreciated the warmth and listening offered by staff, a good sense of reliability. It's frustrating that they cannot offer shifts shorter than four hours and sometimes it feels like the communication could be stronger between staff and family members.
