We use home care services for my loved one through Assisting Hands Home Care of Centennial and the overall experience has been good so far. The agency and its owner have conducted themselves in a professional and ethical manner. They have strived to fulfill all of the expectations that we have created. I would recommend this agency to others.

They were located locally.I would say I was pleased with the service.

What we like the most about the Caring Senior Services is the administrative staff - they are exceedingly kind and even to bringing in an Arby's lunch. The Care staff is sometimes without initiative.

We like when we get the same person regularly, it helps with the knowledge base. We would recommend Home Sweet Home Health Services to other families.

They are doing a great job. The supervisor [name removed] keeps us up to date on who will be there on what day if the regular girls can't be there. Love this group

I only had services with Homewatch for a short time, so my exposure was very limited. People were not always on time, but I believe the client needs to be a bit flexible and appreciate the caregiver for the service being provided. Each person that I met was caring and offered helpful information that educated me to expectations of the situation. Overall, I liked the owner. Very caring and helpful. Needs better-dedicated caregivers, which is a tough void to fill. I was a bit premature in hiring someone for my loved one.

What our family likes the most about the Senior Helpers - Murrells, SC is the quality of care my husband receives. It also allows a little time off for me...good for both of us! Glad we found you!

We used home care services through Senior Helpers Escondido for my loved one and overall everything was very good and went very well. Some of the caregivers are better than others, but all of them are good. The cleanliness, friendliness, and value for cost were great. I would definitely recommend care services/assistance through Senior Helpers Escondido to family and friends!

Activities - I would like to hear from the care givers suggestions that they can share or do with my husband. With their experience, I thought they could give ideas and if I could purchase something, that would be nice. Especially during the winter months. This summer was pretty easy as he and the caregiver would go for walks, play pool, or corn hole game. Value for cost - there doesn't seem to be a consistency in charges. I was told for 3 hrs it would be [fee removed] equaling [fee removed] . I was okay with that. I later learned for 3 1/2 hrs it would be [fee removed] equaling [fee removed]. I am okay with that. Overall, I like Talem, and so does my husband who's being cared for. We really liked Sherry who was coming for a brief while but she's going elsewhere so we were disappointed. I would like some clarification of the various charges.

We have had experiences that the care givers have cancelled on us with no real plan in place for replacement, but I think we have a plan in place to cover how Home Instead is handling when this happens now. Meal preparation has also been challenging for the care givers even after we have created menus and directions. The care giver that we have typically is late arrival and early departure, I think we watch them thru cameras more often than other customers. The communication has been generally good and I think the intent of Home Instead to satisfy our needs is good.

Honestly in my state they were the only place besides visiting angels and I couldn't afford them. But I am happy with the caretaker we currently have .

What we like the most about the FirstLight Home Care of Virginia Beach are the people that are working there, and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this home care service other families.

The caregivers we have for our loved one works hard and is overall a pleasant person to be around.

We needed help asap and Amada Senior Care very quickly were able to provide support in 1 day. We had coverage for 1 month. We worked with a place for mom and they highly recommended them. HQ staff interaction was very good. Great follow up. Health aid staff - very good.

We used home care services through Home Helpers Home Care of Barberton for my loved one and most everything was great for us. The agency honestly went out of their way to work us in and get us care immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Communication was great with me. The only thing I will have to say about communication is that the worker did not communicate directly with me. She communicated on a website to me.

I picked them because a place for mom provided their information to me. If a friend asked me about them, I would say they have provided me with 2 different sitters who were personable but needed some training professionally. One was over an hour late. She forgot she was scheduled to come to our home to sit.

They come to our home. Nice to talk to you senior helpers and they are close to where we live.

It has been ok. The sent someone immediately so overall I would give them a 9 out of 10. It is expensive. I couldn't afford them for more than part time. It is a service.My dad is refusing assisted living at the moment and I needed someone part time.

They were recommended, to us by A Place for Mom. They were acceptable.
