The combination of a last minute scheduled surgery for mom and me starting a new job put us in a tight spot needing immediate 24/7 care. Synergy was recommended by A Place for Mom. Synergy answered immediately, conducted a brief phone screening and followed with an in home assessment the next day by a Case Manager. We signed the paperwork and care began. The Case Manager was initial POC but later worked directly with Scheduling. There were a few call outs of scheduled caregivers and not all caregivers have a car so Scheduling called me each time. Each time they came through with a replacement but a time or two I was nervous they wouldn’t. I never spoke to the actual caregivers but they appeared to have performed as advertised (one even cleared a cluttered bedroom which was much appreciated).

We chose Home Helpers Home Care because of the friendliness and understanding of the staff - they were comforting.

I really like that they have been flexible when needing too change start times and that I talk directly with the owner. I would recommend Senior Helpers to other families who may need their services.

I would tell others to be very precise when giving instructions for the caregiver you have. They were very flexible with our schedule. They did very well.

The admin has been very accommodating to have someone each time we have asked for help. Due to the advancement of memory issues, I will probably ask them for a caregiver with a more health related background.

Qualicare has been responsive and worked with us to find caregivers that were a good fit for my parents. I have had some issues with billing and staffing communication

We are very pleased with the young man referred to us by this company. This is all I have to say. It is my opinion and I would trust the company to send another caregiver if our current one were to leave us .

Honestly.... we were desperate. However, I appreciated the time and attention for all of the information that was provided to me. They were kind and helpful in a stressful situation

The team at Synergy has been good and helpful. We are now on the 3rd caregiver for my mom. The first one stayed a long time and was my mom's favorite. She became someone we all loved and trusted. The next girl was young and not as skilled but recently graduated college, so moving on for a job in her major. The new girl seems good, she starts next week, so we will see. We have been happy and hope this new girl will stay for a while. Thanks for your help in getting us connected.

The manager is very accommodating. Our first person was not a good fit but we switched to a new person and she is super nice, very willing to do what we need for mom. I do recommend Cornerstone Caregiving for non-medical needs.

We appreciated being able to meet two caregivers before Mom's care began. We were sent a schedule for each week and the caregivers were on time and nice people. We would have liked to have just one person the whole time, but understand that our need was only short-term.

Home Instead was a mix. There was one girl who had the night shift and brought her bedding and did not hear my aunt call her in the night. This was addressed directly with Home Instead. Some of the workers were very sweet and accommodating others my aunt did not care for.

What we like the most about Amada Senior Care is their staff, they are very caring. Our loved one has had the same in home person for the last [date removed]. We would recommend them to other families.

The caregivers have basic skills and they can usually follow cues from a therapist for instance in continuing care of the patient...for example what to do to help the patient walk and also will assist with chores

Our caregiver is great with him and gets him out on walks and other excursions. All the 5s are because of the caregiver we have. She has made such a difference in our life. She fits in perfectly.

I was pleased with the overall experience; there was just too much turnover. I felt it was because of the drive time. But based off of the experience, I would recommend their services to others looking.

The staff are very clean but some have left the kitchen a mess. Overall the staff are friendly but some do a much better job interaction with our loved one than others. Some just sit around on a cell phone. One was not even in the same room most of the time. Scheduling staff have been great to work with. A few care givers clearly did not know how to cook. Also several did not put any effort in this area. What is disappointing here is that they have very little they need to do as really only being there in case of emergency so it is not a time issue. None of done activities.

They have been very flexible. Willing to change caregivers if the fit wasn't right, adjust schedules as Dad's needs changed and very helpful any time I contacted them with any questions. I spoke with the owner often. Just got a good caring feeling from him. Very impressed with him. Most staff have been kind and communicative.

Great overall experience, limited by Father's control over what basic services could be provided. Caregivers could have done more -only if he let them do more. He loved both care givers he had for keeping him company and looked forward to their visits. Quality of care met or exceeded expectations Admin staff was fine, he had some payment questions from time to time, but think it all ironed out. Pricing and value excellent given the distance away of his children, all out of state. Well worth the peace of mind Of having someone to check in with him several days a week.

I was happy with the care my spouse received at angel gardens. He was the only person attending daycare who was not a resident. Some of the residents were also helpful. He was a hard person to deal with as he didn't really do any of the activities that the others were involved in like bingo, puzzles, drawing/coloring. He still looked for and wanted me to be with him and that didn't get better, but that's not for lack of trying in their part. I ate there a couple times and the food was really good.
