We were very pleased with the wonderful, friendly caregiver that was assigned to us, but we realized that we needed someone who could be with Ben overnight a couple of nights during the week. The owners and caregivers are top-notch, but I didn't really understand the scope of the services that were available. (Probably my fault, as well as not having a clear idea of what I really needed at the time).

It took some time to find the people who could come consistently. There are multiple people who come now. It takes time to build a relationship, so you hope to not have to keep starting from search. We have them come three days a week. I'm sure it would be easier if we had visits five or more days of the week. I will say they have helped the situation overall.

Temporary staff to help care for a parent or loved one is not easy, but I have liked every aid who has come to be with my mom. Is it hard to staff part time worker so there have been issues getting the same staff on a consistently, which I get, and I am happy with the replacement staff they have brought in.
