took awhile to get a caregiver. After the caregiver my in-laws have now started coming things have been great. Caregiver in their home gives us peace of mind. Yes, we would recommend Right at Home to other families who may need their services

[name removed] is great to work with, she really tries to accommodate in any situation. Caregiver could be more experienced in how to use toaster oven and just meal prepping. Yes, we would recommend Senior Helpers to other families

The only comment that I have is that it seems like they were reducing their footprint, at least in the state of Washington. When I called them to get a different caregiver, they said they didn't have any and that they were thinking about whether they would even continue within the state of Washington. Also, the coordinator that I used to deal with lived in Kent, which is not too far north of where my parents live. That coordinator got released from Omni, and the new coordinator was located in Moses Lake – not a good look.

One of the caregivers we had was great! The other seemed too inexperienced. I would say that they were very accommodating and really tried their hardest to work with us and our needs. [name removed] in the office was great and we really loved [name removed] that came to the house. She went above and beyond. Our only concern was when they sent somebody brand new and he really didn't know what to do. But truly, we think Home Instead is great.

I interviewed 3 agencies and chose them over the other two. I have only used them one time. The caregiver was very nice. I suppose I would recommend them. I ordered a caregiver early yesterday for tomorrow and haven't heard back yet. It may have been too short notice as our preferred caregiver isn't available.

Some caregivers lost sight/track of Mom on multiple occasions. Most caregivers could not cook - just reheat. My mom was not cooperative most of the time. The value was still being in home. Had issues with no caregivers and not informing me at times

I was able to work with one caregiver instead of different ones. Very good for my needs. I would recommend their home care services to those looking.

I would recommend. The cost is still high in my opinion but most of the people who came were very good. We picked them because of the staff friendliness and cost.

I was in a pinch to find care for my mother very quickly after a fall in late 2023. They were able to organize and coordinate care for her impressively quickly. We really only used them for a few days until we could get my mother re-admitted to a skilled nursing facility (which she had recently been discharged from). The nurses seemed very nice and helped my mom with everything she asked and were excellent at communicating with me. They did seem to have to drive quite a distance to get to her (this is likely partially due to us needing care suddenly and quickly), which did result in them sometimes being late due to traffic or getting lost, but I don't think this would have continued to be a problem had we continued with them more long term.

Some of the workers were better than others. They were generally not take charge individuals. The nurse case manager who I first met with was very good -

This was an agency that came to our condo to care for my husband. The main person I had was wonderful however when a sub was needed the person they sent was not trained to handle someone with my husband's limitations.

Home Instead was very responsive and professional. [name removed] was amazing. I would recommend this agency for sure

At this point, home care is a less expensive option for us. I didn't shop around, so I don't know if the [fee removed]/mo. is normal. The local options for nursing homes are dismal at best, and we were told that a patient of his size would be unacceptable.

Highly recommend! Awesome Resource. It's such a relief to have somewhere to go for information.

They did a great job, but we only were with them about 3 weeks. Great company. Owners/administrators worked hard to ensure they helped me understand both the services available and the limits. Always available by phone. We only used one worker who was great and when we had a question, it was quickly taken care of by her. Very compassionate as well as personable.

I “gifted” Bright Care services to [name removed]. [name removed] is an excellent facilitator & easy to work with. She is very friendly and helpful. [name removed] was a very thoughtful & hard working companion to [name removed]. The young man at the office was very patient and very helpful. [name removed] in bookkeeping was very very considerate. She was trying to “re-analyze” the billing invoices and before Thanksgiving discovered a large discrepancy. She indicated that it could be as much as a $[removed] mistake! She seemed very concerned about it. I assured her she could wait until after Thanksgiving to rectify any issues. These past 2 weeks I have left several call back messages but she has not returned my phone calls. Please advise.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by this agency. We needed home care and the representative was very helpful in meeting our needs and was available when we needed assistance. We have a very nice and reliable aide.
